Pros: Widok z okien fantastyczny, blisko do centrum miasta, plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Przestronne wnętrza, duży salon i kuchnia, co pozwala spędzać miło wieczory przy winie i śniadania z widokiem na ocean.

Cons: Podjazd do obiektu trudny dla ludzi spoza Madery;) Odpływy w łazienkach wymagają naprawy. Malutka zmywarka jak na dom dla sześciu osób. Brak dodatkowych kocy, co pozwalałoby spędzać wieczory przy basenie w lutym.
