Great house in a perfect location, ready to stay and an hour away from most attractions. Well equipped villa with a stun
Pros: The location and property itself is just stunning. Few minutes drive from a view point as well as supermarket and lovely center of a fishers village. The house is well equipped with everything you need. And the view is something you never get bored with!
Cons: Nothing particular, all was well. Few minor details could be renewed but it was not a problem or issue.

A gorgeous property with a stunning view from the pool
Pros: Loved the pool and the fabulous views. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Ants and a cockroach in the bathroom Pool has not been cleaned before we arrived

Amazing location that made our holiday.
Pros: Amazing location. Veranda and pool fabulous. Watching the light of the August super moon dance on the sea was delightful.
Cons: There could have been better outdoor furniture. And more crockery. It felt tight for the four of us - had we been 6 there would not have been a bowl each for breakfast fruit!

Great stay in an outstanding property

Amazing view, modern house, and the communication with the staff is totally easy and well organised.
Pros: The view is fabulous! Both from the terrace as well from any room! A well-equipped modern house, beautiful showers, modern kitchen, and many useful products are already there (shampoo, dishwasher tabs, oil, vinegar, coffee cups, sugar, spices, towels, ) The house is really spacious with lots of storage places.
Cons: It is just a note, not a negative point: The swimming pool was beautiful, very clean, and with an amazing view, really great. (Just note that the pool is not heated and mid-April the temperature of the pool water is around 19-20C, same as the ocean temperature. The use of the pool is therefore very limited in April.)

Pros: Excellent apartment! Excellent location and view! The host was always helpful and available through WhatsApp, and the overall communication was esay. We also had no problems recieving the keys. The house is also well equiped and has everything one might need, it is also well adapted for cooking and even barbequing. It is also the perfect location for relaxation in the pool or on the lounge chairs! You might just spend all of your time in Madeira here!
Cons: A small inconvenience was that the WiFi could only be accessed in the living room.

Pros: l'emplacement (falaises, océan, levers du soleil), la place pour se garer et se retourner même en grosse berline, la taille de l'hébergement, la terrasse, la taille de la piscine, la cuisine et le séjour, les équipements extérieurs, les bananiers goyaviers, manguiers et papayetiers autour, les oiseaux, les petites exploitations agricoles locales autour, un environnement pas que touristique, eclectique mais magnifique; malgré les observations rt points négatifs, je recommande fortement
Cons: les problèmes inhérents liés à la canalisation ; avec ce genre de relief et de construction pas sûr de pouvoir faire mieux, mais ça sentait souvent fort mais aléatoirement; une clim ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre du milieu et on avait l' impression que les prises d'air faisaient rentrer (parfois) via les climatiseurs cette satanée odeur. le cadre de lit matrimonial: frustrant, peut-être songer à une solution pour qu'on puisse se retourner sans réveiller tout le quartier🤣; enfin un dernier point de frustration les baies vitrées bloquées dans les chambres, ça gache beaucoup l'expérience dans une telle villa, dommage que les propriétaires ou gérants se sentent obligés de procéder aisi mais je comprends les raisons.

Pros: Vieta tokia, kad sunku ką geriau ir įsivaizduoti. Neapsakomas vaizdas iš Vilos į vandenyną ir miestą.

Een mooie locatie die we zéker kunnen aanraden!
Pros: Prachtige locatie, mooi huis met een ruime en moderne indeling en een mooi zwembad. Lekkere bedden en prima sanitair. Uitzicht is fantastisch; je kijkt op de stad én ziet de bergen en vooral veel zee! Alles voor een heel fijne vakantie!
Cons: Er is geen plaats om je handdoeken op te hangen in de badkamer en in de slaapkamer kun je ook niets ophangen, alleen in de kast. We misten een parasol op het terras…de zon kan erg warm zijn en je wil wél graag buiten kunnen zitten. Eitje bakken ging nogal moeilijk.. de pan was oud en versleten.

Wunderschöne, unverbaute Aussicht auf das Meer
Pros: Die Villa liegt wunderbar. Hoch auf einer Klippe hat man unverbaute Sicht aufs Meer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben bodentiefe Komplettverglasung in Richtung Meer, so dass man aus dem Bett heraus die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, ebenso der Kontakt mit Tiago, dem Verwalter. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine großes Willkommensgeschenk, mit mehreren Kuchen, Schokolade, Wasser und zwei Flaschen Wein. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir eines Tages wiederkommen.
