Palm Tree House by Amazing Madeira

Feeling home away from home

Pros: Palm tree house felt like our home from the moment we arrived. The house is spatious and has all the facilities one needs for a comfortable stay. The view over the ocean from all floors of the house is absolutely stunning

Cons: The furniture is a bit dated, but everything works fine so that wasn't really an issue.

Beautiful place to stay

Pros: Sensational & well furnished property across 4 floors. Entrance from the driveway with automatic gates into the top floor accesses the stairs and a small balcony. The next floor down is the 3 double bedrooms (1 en suite bathroom) and a 2nd bathroom. All with large wardrobes and drawers etc. The en suite bedroom and another bedroom share a balcony. The next floor down is the kitchen containing all cooking equipment you could possibly need, a dining and seating area, a further toilet, a TV room, a laundry room, a covered BBQ / eating area and a large sun patio. The final floor down has a bar, dining area, table football, a pool table and further outdoor seating. There are stunning views, it was immaculately clean and the welcome pack was delicious.

Cons: It would have been useful to have a second set of keys (or a lock box) as often our group was doing different activities at different times. It took quite sometime to get warm water at the showers but good enough.

This is an excellent choice for a holiday in Madeira.

Pros: Great views from the four different levels! Nice little welcome basket with fruit and wine!😋 Near a snack bar for a quick bite, everything else is in the little town downhill.

Amazing stay! Loved the house

Pros: Palm Tree House is just amazing. The view, space, facility! We had quite rainy week, so were super happy we have all 4 floors to spend our time in house Great equipment and even we get a heater, as weather was really not good

Cons: As someone said - parking is bit tricky as you are like in crossroad, but seems locals are used to in and noone complained for waiting until our gate opens

Just amazing!

Pros: A huge and practical space, yard, balcony and terraces sunny all day with a view of the ocean, billiards, table football, dishwasher, washing machine, peace and quiet, comfortable beds - we slept so well. Landlords - very kind, trustworthy, we were greeted with a gift - fruit, best cake we tried in Madeira, wine... Our holiday in Madeira was a dream come true also thanks to this accommodation - an ideal location for trips all around the island. Right above the accommodation is a very good restaurant - we recommend the black scabbard (three versions - one of which is with banana), the home-made pudding is excellent as well. Also Bolo do caco - the best on the island.

Cons: We needed more tablets for the dishwasher and toilet paper (we had to buy them), and I would also suggest a dining table on the terrace.

Huge villa with 3 terraces with beautiful ocean views!!! Everything you need is there...

Pros: Palm Tree House is a fantastic and enormous house. We were 2 people and we had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 3 terraces with an ocean view. There was a TV in almost every room. There was even a basement floor where you could play billiards or table football. The view from the terraces was fantastic. Parking was also easy on site.

Cons: The location is conveniently located, close to exit number 4. You do need a car, otherwise this accommodation is of no use to you, in our opinion... The only disadvantage is that you always have to drive a few kilometers if you want to go west. If you want to drive east, you can go to exits 5 and 6 (Camara de Lobos) etc. in one go... If you want to go west, you first have to go from exit 4 to exit 5 and then back along exit 4 , 3 etc... and further west. But it is at most a few minutes' detour and therefore not a problem for us. We loved it and would love to go back again.

Pros: Host is very kind. House is spacious and comfortable. Recommended.
