Amazing stay

Pros: Location, view on the ocean, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and friendly! Great that we had a parking

Great property, good location, needs a little

Pros: This property is really close to being 10/10 score. The property is nice and modern and has everything you need. It is a very steep walk away from the centre of Funchal, but Bolt is excellent in Madeira and cost 4€ from the centre back to the property.

Cons: As I was saying, this property is close to being a 10/10 score, but is lacking a little maintenance and care. A handyman would take a day at this property to fix all the small jobs and make it fresh again.

Beautiful modern house with jacuzzi

Pros: Beautiful modern house with jacuzzi comfortable bedrooms parking space very nice and helpful owner. Great location very close to the center of many tourist attractions. Near the airport very and easy access to the expressway. Very comfortable at home great atmosphere we felt very good there I hope to return to the same apartment in the future

Cons: Shower, master bedroom bed and the gate needs a fixing. But the host was really helpful.

Highly recommend for a family/group of friends!

Pros: House was great, very comfortable, and spacious. Private parking and gated. Host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Location was central although the road to walk to town was quite steep.

Pros: In all the reviews you can read comments that are more or less true (few reviews are really not relevant). We enjoyed our stay very much. The host is a nice guy and responds very fast to any question you might have. He even brought us a bottle of his favorite Portuguese wine.

Amazing place couple minutes walk from Funchal

Pros: Great location, very big and clean property, garden outside with a great pool. Lovely host and if we had any problems would be sorted within seconds!

Cons: All great for us! Will definitely be staying again!!

Excellent communication/host & lovely villa.

Pros: I knew the property was just outside the town centre & enjoyed the daily walk (of around 10/15 minutes). Also, ‘the bread man’ came daily to the street with freshly baked goods to purchase (apparently this is normal in funchal).

Cons: Maybe local telephone numbers put in the instruction book as we was stuck in 1 day due to the weather & would have loved a take-out meal.

Very good choice for big family

Pros: Vasa Familiar was really excellent choice for our group. The house is fully equipped a lot of space for relaxing outside and inside. It is really close to Mercado but it's better to go by car because the hill to the house is cruel. Good communication with the owner. Thanks!
