Villa Margarida

Amazing house in beautiful surrounding

Pros: We loved our stay. The location and view were perfect for us, the layout of the house and especially the pool area with barbecue and dining was great. The host was also super helpful and friendly.

Cons: Only small niggle was that the hot water pressure for showers was a bit variable at times. We always had hot water but didn't have showers at the same time.

Perfect views

Pros: Villa has the most beautiful views! The pool is big and deep enough, all photos matches the reality, many appliances, spacious house. It was easy to contact the host, he helped with the parking, explained everything and showed us the house.

Cons: There was a strong lack of cleanliness in the kitchen: we had to wash all utensils, plates, ect. before using. Keep in mind that there's no any ordinary household items like: body wash/shampoo, no capsules for dishwasher/washing machine, no salt, pepper, sugar. Even no garbage bags - the host explained what type of bags we should buy - that was surprising and kind of funny.

Pros: Great house to enjoy a stay in Madeira - we loved the pool and barbeque area to relax in the evenings. Ponta do Sol is also a great base from which to explore the island

Relaxing, chilled and peaceful retreat!

Pros: The Villa was beautiful, outstanding views across the island. It was a large and spacious villa with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and always available for help or questions. We loved our time here and would totally recommend this to anyone coming to Madeira and would love to come back ourselves. I would recommend hiring a car as it would make the island much more accessible. You can however walk from the villa into the town and there are a few good bars and restaurants near the beach.

Island Paradise

Pros: Antonio and Diogo were excellent and very accommodating from start to finish. The house and location were perfect- the pictures don't do it justice. Our family loved every minute of our stay and made sure to find time throughout the week to just enjoy the pool and the views- morning, afternoon and night. It was nice being off and away from the more concentrated areas of Madeira. Highly recommend Villa Margarida. We look forward to our next visit!

Auszeit vom Winter auf Madeira

Pros: Wir haben als Familie zu 5t eine wunderbare Woche mit vielen unvergesslichen Eindrücken in Madeira verbracht, auch Dank der schönen Unterkunft in Ponta do Sol. Wir haben uns in der Villa Margarida sofort zuhause und herzlich Willkommen gefühlt. Augusto, der überaus freundliche Vater des Hostes wohnt ganz nah und hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist groß, geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet - und der Blick von den verschiedenen Terassen ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Den Pool haben wir im Februar nichts so ausgiebig genutzt... ;) Das Auto kann in einer nahegelegenen Straße geparkt werden, es ist ein kurzer Fußweg zur Villa Margarida - überhaupt kein Problem. Zu Fuß erreicht man die hünbsche Altstadt und den Strand in 20 Minuten, auch bergauf ist der Spaziergang gut zu schaffen. Von uns gibt es eine wärmste Empfehlung! Die Auszeit im Februar wirkt noch immer nach. Dankeschön!

Cons: Nichts!

Het is erg goed vertoeven bij Villa Margarida !

Pros: Mooi groot huis met zicht op zee en Ponta do Sol. Een groot zwembad met ligbedden en een overkapping met eettafel en BBQ. De keuken beschikt over vrijwel alle apparatuur en tools die je maar kunt bedenken. De comfortabele bedden zijn een pluspunt

Cons: Het zou handig zijn als de Villa een eigen parkeerplek zou hebben. Een verwarmd zwembad is nog beter.

Pros: Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'ile de Madère avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le logement était très bien équipé, un très bon accueil. Tout était parfait, la piscine était très propre est à très bonne température. Aucune difficulté pour s'y mettre. Le logement était grand et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu apprécié la vue magnifique. Endroit très calme. Et idéal pour vadrouiller sur la magnifique ile de Madère; Nous recommandons sans soucis.

Cons: Rien tout était parfait

Séjour dépaysant dans une villa ensoleillée

Pros: Nous avons adoré la piscine et le pool house avec une vue mer magnifique. La villa est bien équipée et très bien placée. Diogo est très réactif par messages et Antonio qui vit à proximité de la villa est très sympathique et disponible.

Pros: Erg fijn persoonlijk contact met beheerder Veel ruimte binnen en buiten Privé zwembad met uitzicht op stadje en zee. Slaapkamer met eigen bad/ douche Twee slaapkamers met gedeelde douche Ruim lakens handdoeken en badlakens

Cons: Parkeren lastig en laden/ lossen van bagage en boodschappen moet op smal steil steegje Beetje Madeira eigen
