A lovely stay with family.

Pros: Such a lovely view and generous welcome gifts, everything clean and well equipped. It’s only a ten minute walk steeply downhill to restaurants and the beach. Spacious kitchen and living room and good outside space. Second car can easily be parked in the garage.

Cons: Two of the bedrooms have hard beds that are only small doubles, not UK double size so difficult for a couple. The main bedroom is a comfortable double and the twin is also comfortable. The road noise is bad and starts early and continues through the night which is obviously not the owner’s fault. It is worst in the room nearest the road, the other rooms are fine.

Delightful villa with magnificent view

Pros: The villa is ideally situated not too far from the beach and restaurants. It takes about 10mins to walk down to the main centre and about 15mins back up the steep hill, although we enjoyed walking off our dinner. We liked that the villa has 4 bedrooms which meant we could have a bedroom each and 2 bathrooms to share between the four of us. We also enjoyed having a big kitchen to prepare our meals. Overall a delightful villa for our stay, with private parking which really helps.

Pros: Big house with a very nice view. The house is equipped with everything that you need.

Cons: Location - you would need a car to go anywhere. There were also ants in the kitchen after we arrived but Carlos took care of that immediately.

Comfortable house with a very nice view.

Pros: Good space, clean and a very nice view. Short walk to center with some good restaurants. AC in every bedroom, and plus for a barbecue :)

Cons: Little bit to hard beds for our personal referenses, and and a tight parking spot.

Simply superb

Pros: here. Such a beautiful place overlooking Ponta do Sol but within easy walking distance of the sea and a clutch of restaurants and bars. The lounge is simply stunning and the kitchen is huge with wonderful views and full sun for breakfast time. There is a patio that spreads all around the house so eating breakfast and dinner outside is a pleasure. There is a barbecue. The host is so helpful and responsive for any questions. We had a wonderful week and planning another stay next year. Ponta do Sol is so central for the whole island. Book now!

Pros: The house, the view, location up to 30min drive to nearly all attractions of the island, airport is about 45min drive and east coast tip around 1h from the house

Cons: nothing much but just to consider for those who have some health conditions, there is a steep walk to the village center, you can still drive down to the center and the beach in 2mins, also there is no real public transport available so if you want to go out from ponta do sol you need to use the car

Pros: We will definitely return to this place. Perfect view to the city and ocean. Walkable distance to the restaurants down in the city of Ponta do Sol

Great place to stay, also if you’re a bigger group. Short walk into town and the location is just beautiful.

Pros: Great house and amazing view. The location was just perfekt. The only thing I can criticize is the relatively small bed.

Cons: Spacious house with great view and very good Internet Connection. Everything we needed was there and the host was very helpful.

Pros: It was the best place to stay. This is the standard for providing housing rental services.
