One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in.

Pros: Exceptional hotel service, people in the reception super friendly, people who making up the rooms do it really really thoroughly, breakfast is just perfect! With a lot of fruits, fresh juice! Sauna was super good! And access to natural pools! I am surprised. I stayed in many hotels but experience with this one exceeded all excepections. Honestly, I think this is the standard of service that every hotel should follow but by some reason this is rare nowadays. So this hotel is 10 of 10!

Cons: TV didn't support hdmi or screencast, or just I didn't find how to.

It was enjoyable plus the breakfast and service was exceptional!

Pros: Breakfast was really good and the staff was really nice and making sure that you have everything what you need!

Cons: The bed was comfortable but as we had requested one double bed, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. They tended to move apart during the night, which made sleeping less comfortable. This is something that could definitely be improved. The pillows were too big and too soft.

Great hotel, stay here at least 2 nights, you will love it.

Pros: Room was absolutely according to the picture. I was not aware of that this hotel make part of 2 more hotels and you can use their facilities as well. Apartments it self doesnt have any view, but you can enjoy magnifique view from the place where you take breakfast and spa facilities. Honestly I think they have best sauna view ever, absolutely stunning. Regarding breakfast, I have lactose intolerance, celiac disease (cannot eat gluten) and egg allergy, you can easily find the options there, but I believe the food is cross-contaminated, so if you have high sensitivity, you will understand that. I think the food selection here was actually fine, at least I felt that I can have a proper breakfast daily even with my food restrictions.

Cons: Apartment hotel, just have jacuzzi on open air, so be aware that if you want to use sauna/pool and other spa facilities, you need to walk at least 3 mins to get there. Honestly, I was just walking with a bathrobe around, no one was actually paying attention, so I assume it's pretty normal there. And as I said before, the food seems to be cross-contaminated with gluten. One day I just found out that bacon was mixed with bread, not sure why this happened, but I asked to grill fresh bacon for me and they did it :)

Clean, Friendly, Amazing Breakfast

Pros: Very clean apartment, well maintained. All staff were professional and friendly. Restaurant is a very high standard with many options for breakfast. The special Xmas Eve meal was amazing. Totally recommend these apartments.

Cons: Nothing, it was a delightful break, I spent 10 days in the apartments and haven't a single complaint.

Beautiful place in a beautiful island

Pros: Wonderful view of the sea from the breakfast room, abundant breakfast, clean room every day.

Cons: There was only air conditioning and heating which was a bit noisy.

Pros: Great apartment with nice sundeck and jacuzzi on the terrace. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons: To use other facilities you need to travel to other hotels, which we did not know in advance.

Pros: The room is beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful.

Cons: It is quite inconvenient that the spa and the breakfast area are located in a different building, about a two-minute walk away. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay, which meant we had to walk outside in the rain every time. Walking through the city center in a bathrobe and swimsuit on the way to the spa is also not very practical or aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, the room does not have a sea view, so next time I would choose one of their other hotels instead.

Pros: Great breakfast with the ocean view. The possibility to use all the facilities of all the branches of this hotel chain in Porto Moniz. We stayed at the building with studio rooms, but went to the rooftop spa zone at the neighbouring building. Highly recommend their restaurant Beer house with the live music. Exceptional musician is on Tuesdays And I liked how the staff treats you in general
