Pros: The room was well set up for a longer stay. Great location for transportation, close to waterfront Lido park, coffee and grocery on-site.

Good deal.

Pros: Great little apart hotel with everything you need on the room. Very clean and great location.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit too small. Breakfast was just fair, would had expected more fruits and some local cookies. You can’t hear much the street on the back rooms but you can easily hear your neighbours.

Pros: Lovely hotel, lovely staff. The kitchen in the room combined with the supermarket in the hotel is absolutely genius! It has been my husband’s 40’s birthday and they decorated the room - thank you so much for that surprise. A super nice touch. We absolutely recommend!

Helpful staff and a very practical option for staying in Funchal.

Pros: Great staff; friendly and very helpful. The location was good for us. The apartment was perfect for our needs; clean, functional and well appointed. I would stay here again.

Cons: Some rooms were more affected by road noise than others (but we had expected this, given the hotel's location). The walls/floors/ceilings must be pretty thin, as you could hear what was happening in neighbouring rooms very clearly. In one room, there was an almost-constant humming, droning noise (possibly a big aircon unit somewhere on the building?). Bad smells would come out of the central drain in the bathroom every day, particularly after a shower. It was at its worst in the mornings, presumably when lots of rooms are using their showers. Some of the fixtures and fittings were starting to look a bit tired and worn around the edges, but they were still clean and functional.

A fantastic stay in Madeira.

Pros: Everything. It was comfortable, the room temperature was easy to control and a very nice sized room. Check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything was perfect. There was nothing we didn't like. I hope to stay here again if we return to Madeira.

Had a very pleasant stay at the appartment.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen had everything I needed. Balcony was very nice. Loads of hangers in the wardrobe.

Cons: Matress was very hard. Room also had a bad smell at times. Apparently this was due to the wind?

Cons: Not an issue,but having coffee or tea in the apartment as welcomed drink could be nice. Also, the WiFi didn't work in the room.

Pros: Just about everything. The whole building was immaculately clean.it was convenient to everything we needed bus/resaurents/swimming lidos/shops.the building was very quite in general

Cons: The building has a rooftop sun terrace but it was closed fir the 2 weeks we were there..none of the apartments got any sun bar a couple to the front of the building but those would be exposed to a lot of traffic noise from early morning on.

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room with balcony. There is also the possibility of getting a parking space not far from the hotel for an additional fee.

Cons: You can hear noise in the room both from the street and from the corridor. The kitchen equipment did not work properly when cooking - the hob took a very long time to heat up, and the electric kettle did not work either.

A great place to stay

Pros: Great people here, all staff are so welcoming and helpful. The location is good for us as we like to go into Funchal or out to Pria Formosa and Camara de lobos. The buses are excellent and a bus stop is located right outside. There are lots of places to eat and drink around us, and the Lido is close too. The apartment kitchen area is well stocked and we cooked meals comfortably. The rooftop area is good too.

Cons: The only downside being lack of storage for clothes and bits and bobs. Maybe add bedside drawers.
