Pros: I liked the fact that the owner was nice and showed everything, took me to the underground parking lot and then to the apartment, explained everything in detail and gave advice The apartment has everything you need for life Great balcony for breakfast, smart TV, washing machine we needed and a comfortable sofa Personal parking is the best Recommendation.

Cons: To be honest, the noise from the main street was a bit annoying. And there are not enough slippers for guests, but it's nothing Everything else is great

Great stay away in the heart of Madeira!

Pros: We loved our vacation! The location of the apartment is just 15 min away to the Funchal. You have a secured allocated parking slot, nice balcony and local coffee shops nearby. Definitely recommend!

Cons: The apartment is facing central water canal, so you ca hear the sound of water.

Pros: The apartment is very well located—you can easily walk to the center of Funchal. There is a bus station just in front of the building if you do not like to walk. The building itself is attractive and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a spacious parking area. The owner is kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay, ideal for exploring the island.

Cons: We stayed for more than a week, and it would have been nice if a cleaning service had been provided during our stay.

Fim de ano na Madeira

Pros: Gostei muito da experiência como um todo. Boa localização, limpeza impecável e comodidades ok.

Cons: Foi difícil encontrar a entrada porque o número de porta não existia. Durante a estada não conseguimos identificar uma entrada que não fosse pela garagem, o que não me parece muito normal. O apartamento não dispõe de máquina de café expresso.

Cómodo, bien ubicado y con un anfitrión atento

Pros: Muy cómodo y bien ubicado, con garaje y a poca distancia andando del puerto. Todo estaba muy limpio, el apartamento está muy bien equipado y el anfitrión responde rápido.

Cons: En la descripción ya se indica que no hay aire acondicionado, pero en agosto lo eché un poco en falta. Aunque en Madeira las temperaturas no son muy altas, para quienes somos más sensibles al calor sería genial contar con un par de ventiladores. Al dormir con las ventanas abiertas, y estando cerca de una zona húmeda, se escuchaban ranas toda la noche, lo que para algunos puede ser encantador y para otros menos práctico.
