Great stay, excellent location, nice apartament :)

Pros: A lot of space Well equipped kitchen Great location Free parking

Cons: Often lack of hot water in the shower

The property looks just like the pictures

Pros: The property is just like in the pictures. Very comfy, kitchen fully equipped. The flat is in a big avenue so I thought it could be quite noisy at night, but there's a kind of creek, so I found it quite soothing at night to sleep hearing the water, but I understand for others might be an inconvenience

Cons: The flat is located in a quite hilly avenue. Going to Funchal centre was great because it was downhill, but coming back, specially after being out the whole day it was intense. It is around 20 min walk all uphill. The kitchen didn't have any of the basics to cook with like oil or salt. I decided to stay in a flat rather than a hotel to try to save in meals and cook a bit more, so I was a bit surprised when I didn't find any of the basics.

Pros: Krásný světlý byt, moderní. Čistý. Nemám co vytknout, a to jsem na ubytování hodně náročná.

Pros: Full kitchen and laundry, nice living room area, comfortable bed, cozy atmosphere. Close to Funchal center.

Cons: No air conditioning.

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und man fühlt sich dort echt wohl! Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, war es für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt perfekt! Durch die zentrale Lage konnte man vieles zu Fuß erreichen..

Cons: Leider war die Adresse schwer zu finden, so dass wir am Anfang mindestens 45 Minuten mit Gepäck die Straße hoch und runter liefen und nur Dank der Hilfe einer älteren Dame endlich ankamen. Eine genaue Beschreibung der Lage (z.B. die unmittelbare Nähe des Hospitals) mit Fotos wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Beautiful Property!!!! Quiet and secure.

Pros: Spotless. Safe. Secure. Superb location. Very quiet, luxury building. Beautifully equipped. Washer!!!! Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Tasteful, new furnishings. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Super fast WiFi. Huge flat screen TV that worked perfectly. Great lighting for reading. Blackout curtains. Superb value for money. Huge Hipermart up the road. Free garage parking for your car. Nice view of the mountain. Great service from management company. Nice touches like fresh fruit and cookies 🍪 as a welcome gift. Laundry pods to do laundry. Housekeeper does a fabulous job and keeps the condo spotless for new guests.

Cons: Very hard to find the building even though it is on a main street. Not easy to navigate and there are 2 separate keypads to get into building. Lockbox at condo to get keys for entry. Remote FOB for parking garage in condo but never found garage door because there are several. I parked up the street in a public area near a park. I called management company for assistance and they were very helpful with directions. A lot of work for everyone. But they came through. I so appreciated that. My suggestion is a map with pics of building and entry doors sent to each tenant. This is really important. By text or email. Would like to see more towels for guests. I was solo but 2 bath towels are not enough for me. I brought my own washcloths. I would stay here again....it was that nice!

Comfortable stay close to the center of Funchal

Pros: We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and it was a very comfortable, well-furnished and cosy place. It looks exactly as in the pictures. It requires some renovation and could be a bit improved but generally we recommend it. - there was a separate bedroom so no mess around a place to sleep - the kitchen was well-equipped (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, loads of utensils, washing machine with washing capsules). - ironing machine and ironing board included - underground garage - location 12-15 min-walk away from the old town - TV with Netflix and Apple TV - good living area to spend rainy days - welcome Madeira’s bananas, cookies and small wine

Cons: - windows overlook one of the main streets and quite a big brook so can be noisy at night (the water runs even noisier when raining), - ants in the kitchen, - no basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar) and ground coffee for the coffee maker (only instant cappuccino-like sweet powder), - really really tight parking space (I find myself a good driver but it was TIGHT), - no paper towels in the kitchen, toilet paper quite limited for such a long stay - when taking a shower water goes through the glass bath screen and the floor is all wet - too little space for keeping things in the bathroom

Apartament dla lubiących zwiedzać.

Pros: Świetna kontakt z właścicielem. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Duży plus za pralkę i żelazko. Jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Wyspy Madera super. Odległość od Starego Miasta około 10 min. w dół. Trochę dłuższy powrót do apartamentu. Mimo, że obiekt zlokalizowany przy głównej ulicy w nocy było w miarę cicho . Super że jest garaż co jest istotnym plusem parkowania samochodu.

Cons: Brak klimatyzacji.

Muito bom no centro da cidade

Pros: Ótima localização e comunicação por whatsapp com anfitrião. Tem garagem que é uma boa ajuda, pois é impossivel estacionar nas ruas perto do alojamento. Gostei de self-checkin, não gosto de ser dependente. Também recebemos um regalo de bem-vindas, é um mimo que faz diferença!

Cons: A agua sempre ficava fria rapidamente, deve ser uma questão de ajuste mas não quis mexer nas instalações.

Apartamento correcto

Pros: El apartamento está reformado y perfectamente decorado. La cocina esta equipada con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La ubicación,cercana a la vía rápida es perfecta para moverte por la isla. El centro de Funchal no queda lejos,aunque para volver tienes una cuesta arriba (como en todo Madeira). El parking en el mismo edificio viene de lujo.

Cons: Nada,todo ok.
