Pros: The accomodation was very good, it has everything needed to spend some relaxed days in Funchal. For a small group it was perfect. Prompt communication with the host and check in process was really easy. The view was great!

Spacious, cozy and awesome view!

Pros: I always love a host who speaks English and uses Whatsapp to communicate! They were very welcoming as we wanted to check in earlier, when asked for more towels - we got those the same day + a chocolate! Basically - host was veeery nice! The view of the balcony is just magnificent! And if you travel with friends - each of you get separate bathroom. Spacious, cozy and awesome view!

Cons: If I have to add - it is an island with its charm - one charm: there might be ants in the kitchen :D Second \

Lovely 4 weeks, good bus connections, walk 30 min. to center. Very Quiet.

Pros: location, view, quiet, helpful, bus in front of the house, everyhing very proper. If you like buses, there is no need to rent a car; roads are narrow, steep and drivers are fast. The next supermarket (Pingo Doce) is in Funchal - bus 34 also stops there, as well 37, 38, 39. If you stay longer, you can buy a bus ticket for 20 drives and save approx. 35 %, to buy in coffee shop above the supermarket. If you like walks, best to buy the book (for levadas walking etc.) in book store of Plaza Madeira (shopping center). Line 34 every hour in front of the house, line 37, 38, 39 very often, only 5 min. away - but steep path.

Cons: Slow net, pls a bit more kitchen equipment, seat cushion for terrace, very view tv channels for not speaking portuguese people, please a parasol or sunshade for terrace. Please more information about the region and the timetables for the public buses.
