Pros: The view from the terrace is beautiful and it's very convenient that the kitchen was accommodated with all the basics. All extra utilities also add good value like the washing machine and iron etc. If you are in the room with the double bed, you'll wake up to an amazing view every morning, definitely will miss this one. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn't really anything that made us feel bothered or unsafe throughout our stay.

Cons: The beds were super hard, all of them. Would recommend adding a top mattress for sure... There weren't really any toiletries as it was stated, just an almost finished shampoo bottle, which wasn't a nice surprise. Also it's a bit inconvenient when you're a lot of people, because in order to get to the terrace you have to pass through the double room.

Pros: The owners were really friendly and the whole place has an amazing terrace with a view. The beds very very comfy. Good value for money!

Cons: The kitchen needs a bit of an update (owen didn’t work properly, kitchenware is old) but overall everything was fine.

Pros: Kitchen Is very well equipped. You also have washing Machine. Nice surprise was balcony with sunbeds. TV has all the Smart functions. Apartmant was very clean And spacious. Communication with owner was good. Overall this Is very good quality for low price, so I would totally recommend this aparment.

Cons: New frying pan would be amazing. Everything sticks to this old one and Its really annoying to wash it. And one more detail, shower head change would be nice. Its not that bad right now, but it would be amazing with new one, becouse shower Is good overall. Please repair the toilet seat. It keeps falling.

Pros: clean, friendly owner, close to old town Funchal (located on the residential side of the city), feeling like home

Cons: neighbours’ dogs barking at night is quite disturbing, shower sink/basin needs some work to allow a smooth water/waste flow

Pros: Świetny widok z balkonu na port w Funchal, możliwość zrobienia prania, 15 minut pieszo na promenadę.

Cons: Mogło by być delikatnie czyściej

Pros: Une très jolie vue sur les toits et les palntations urbaines de bananiers de Funchal

Cons: des équipements un peu sommaire dans la cusisine et sur la terasse un parasol qui fonctionne mal

Ár-érték arányban kitünő. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Pros: A hálóból és a teraszról a kilátás a városra és az oceánra kitűnő. A booking képeken nincs feltüntetve a kitünő terasz, amely igazából nagyot lendithet a szállás hirdetésén.

Cons: A tusólóban a víz nyomás elég alacsony volt.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, przestrzenny apartament, piękny widok z sypialni i z tarasu, dobrze urządzona kuchnia, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons: Niektóre sprzęty kuchenne jak opiekacz panini czy ekspres do kawy powinny być wymienione lub naprawione, bo mogą tworzyć zagrożenie. Brak stałego miejsca parkingowego! Gdy szukałam noclegów w Funchal moim priorytetem było miejsce parkingowe, bo wiem że ulice są bardzo ciasne, lub miejsca są tylko dla mieszkańców. Apartament wyświetlił się jako z miejscem parkingowym, niestety kilka razy po całym dniu zwiedzania byłam zmuszona parkować na pobliskich ulicach, bo nie było wyznaczonego miejsca dla nas.

Pros: Ottima posizione, a circa 5/6 minuti di macchina da Funchal, terrazza spettacolare con vista sull'oceano. Abbiamo avuto problemi perché scorreva la lavatrice e il WC, ma ci hanno assegnato subito un'altra casa per una notte e l'indomani mattina siamo ritornati nel nostro appartamento. Se dovessi ritornare a Madeira, riprenoterei sicuramente qui!

Dias maravilhosos e tranquilos

Pros: Localização excelente. Muito bem localizado sem ser no meio da confusão. Casa muito bem equipada, e donos muito simpáticos e atenciosos, se voltarmos à Madeira ficaremos lá novamente.
