Fabulous views

Pros: Fabulous views. Well equipped comfortable spacious apartment. Great location near centre of town and very pleasant park opposite.

Cons: Beds and pillows were a bit hard. Some traffic noise but wasn't a problem for us.

Pros: Convenient position near centre. Off street parking. Lovely views of port and sea from balconies.

Cons: Near Road which at times was busy.

Loved our 5 night stay at Santa Caterina

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and well appointed apartment with two good-sized bedrooms. There was also a secure garage under the building, which was a real bonus. The host was amazingly helpful and took the time to talk us through all of the apartment features, which was great.

Cons: We needed to close the windows at night to keep out the traffic noise. This made the apartment nice and quiet, but a bit stuffy. We were provided with good quality fans but air conditioning would really help.

Lovely view over St Catarina park across the bay

Pros: Location - easy to walk to old town and marina and catch buses to other parts of the island. Spacious and clean property.

Great place, good location, wonderful view from the apartment

Pros: The location of the place is very good. The harbor is a 5-minute walk from where various boats depart for dolphin and whale watching. 3 minutes' walk from the shopping center, bus station (airport express, etc.). The apartment has a covered and closed parking lot. Dino was waiting for us in front of the apartment and was very kind and helpful. He showed us everything in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything. The rooms have a balcony that offers a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for everything.

Beautiful sunny new flat in great location!

Pros: Stunning brand new sunny flat in great location! The apartment has amazing views, is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything, includes also underground parking. Walking distance from town, restaurants, shops, etc and a stunning park right in front. Hosts were great. Thank you for making our holiday special!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Pros: Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zu Fuß sind es 10 Minuten zum Hafen oder zur Altstadt. Gegenüber ist ein Park und eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch bei einem Notfall. In der FeWo gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche, die zweckmäßig ausgestattet ist. Alle Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon. Es existiert ein kleiner Einbausafe im Schrank, eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sowie ein Staubsauger und andere Reinigungsgeräte. Spülmittel und sonstige Utensilien sind vorhanden

Heerlijk schoon appartement op loopafstand van het centrum

Pros: Het is een mooi schoon appartement tegenover een prachtig park en is vrij centraal gelegen. Daarnaast is er een privé parkeerplaats in onderliggende garage.

Cons: De accommodatie is gelegen aan een drukke weg waarvan het geluid goed hoorbaar is in het appartement. Een extra stoel op de slaapkamers/balkons is wenselijk.

Appartement confortable à proximité de tout

Pros: Super emplacement à proximité du centre historique, des commerces, des bus et d’un joli parc verdoyant. Accueil chaleureux des hôtes, appartement très bien équipé,spacieux et très propre.

Cons: Le bruit de la route est très présent, mais c’est prévisible et la contrepartie d’être aussi proche du centre ville. Il manque des stores occultants ou des volets afin de ne pas être réveillés par la lumière du soleil. Sinon, tout était parfait.
