Green Living-Funchal

Excellent city centre location - recommended!

Pros: Well-equipped and maintained apartment near the center of Funchal. Clean and up to date with appliances and utensils. Fast wifi (although one TV was a bit choppy with streaming). Hosts very friendly and kept in touch - left some lovely fruit and veg as a welcome. Car parking space nearby which is extremly important in Funchal! All shops / attractions / restaurants in easy level walking distance. Supermarket / pharmacy with good opening hours just opposite. Lift with access to all floors with secure entrance covered by CCTV. Comfortable bed with nice clean linen. Aircon units in main room and bedroom. I would stay again!

Cons: Minor issues only! Cutlery was a little flimsy! As it's in a central location and near bars it could be a bit noisy at night. Approach road to parking area can get very tight as locals park along it for the offices opposite - I would stick with a compact rental car if you can (note - the remote to gain access to the car park is with the main key - so if you arrive in a rental car you will have to park up somewhere before getting it. Good luck! I recommend getting a taxi in (Bolt or Uber) then hiring a car). Couple of more clothes hangers would be helpful. Could be a bit tight for storing more than one large suitcase (got mine into the cupboard). The low windows open quite wide and it's a big drop (4th floor) - I would not recommend this apartment for young children. And watch out for the mozzies! I appreciate that some of these issues are beyond the control of the owner.

Pros: The apartment was in a great central location which was very accessible, with secure parking just around the corner. The apartment was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed and the facilities were great! The apartment was very tastefully decorated and felt very modern and cosy, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. There was a lift which was great with luggage and secure pin coded building door. 10/10 😊

Pros: Lovely location and very easy communication with host! Perfect parking spot nearby ( make sure to gain access to the house first to retrieve the keys for the parking before heading to the parking spot)! Overall great!

Pros: Perfect location and amazing apartment. There's an elevator. Private parking. Highly recommend!

Estadia incrível!

Pros: A Margarida é uma anfitriã incrível. Super simpática e educada. Sempre a perguntar se estava tudo bem. Sem dúvida que recomendo o apartamento. Desde uma limpeza incrível, às ótimas condições da casa, o cheiro, o cuidado, a localização. Certamente que quando regressar à Madeira será a minha eleição! ADORAMOS!!!

Pros: A estadia foi excelente. A margarida foi uma ótima anfitriã sempre pronta a ajudar e sempre muito preocupada connosco. O apartamento fica numa ótima localização a poucos metros a pé de vários pontos de visita da cidade, inclusivé de restaurantes, farmacias e supermercado. O mesmo esta equipado com tudo o que é necessario para uma boa estadia, a nivel de louça, roupa e eletrodomésticos. A nível de limpeza, o apartamento estava muito cuidado, ao entrarmos tinha um cheirinho maravilhoso e irrepreensível. A margarida teve ainda a amabilidade de nos deixar uns miminhos tipicos da ilha. Concerteza vamos voltar a madeira e voltar a ficar neste alojamento. Obrigada por tudo Margarida 🙂

Pros: Bardzo miły host, dostaliśmy też upominki w postaci organicznych produktów z farmy właściciela. Apartament super wyposażony. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Pros: Polecam! Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko oceanu, promenady, przystanków autobusowych, kolejki. W pobliżu słynny targ, supermarket, piekarnia (z dobrym pieczywem) w której można zjeść śniadania, kilka punktów z bardzo dobrymi lodami, stoiska owocowe, drogeria i apteki, restauracje. W Apartamencie dużo udogodnień: ekspres do kawy, toster, zmywarka, pralka, żelazko z deską do prasowania, dwa telewizory, zestaw niezbędnych naczyń, duża lodówka z zamrażarką. Mieszkanie po remoncie, nowe, czyste. Na powitanie dostaliśmy zestaw regionalnych, ekologicznych produktów. . Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, była pomocna w kilku sytuacjach. Do dyspozycji bezpłatny parking tuż przy apartamencie, co jest olbrzymią zaletą.

Super pobyt.

Pros: Obiekt w idealnej lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko: sklep, apteka, ocean. Lokal posiada miejsce parkingowe. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, który dopytuje się czy wszystko ok. Apartament w idealnym stanie, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzeba: sztućce, naczynia, patelnie, czajnik, toster itp. Właściciel o wielkiej życzliwości i wyrozumiałości. Jeśli wrócę na Maderę, to na pewno do Green Living
