Hostess was very accommodating and helpful. Arranged transport from the airport.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Peaceful and quiet. Was home away from home. Kitchen was well equipped, we could catch up on laundry and cook our own meals.

Pros: Excellent apartment on the edge of the city. I had communications with Joana prior to our stay. We were met at the apartment by Joana, who was very accommodating and helpful. Throughout our stay, Joana kept in touch to see if everything was okay. Excellent host! We had a lovely time. Thank you.

Pros: location is near to town, near to most attractions. walking into town is about 10 minutes. cafe nearby, the food is cheap. The property consists of air-conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher (*tablet provided), clothes drying rack, most crockery, an oven, a microwave, towels are provided but not shower gel (hand wash provided). small garden at the back with table and chairs, we loved it but i can't stay too long as mosquitoes love me not the rest.

Cons: there're mosquitoes in Funchal

Fantastic stay!

Pros: This is a fantastic, very comfortable apartment in the city center. Close to the bus stations (10 min on foot to SAM bus station, 15 min to Teleferico), Zona Velha (15 min on foot), supermarket (Pingo Doce in La Vie shopping mall - 10min). The apartment itself is very well equipped, spacious and clean. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and the living room, kitchen and terrace - downstairs. Neighborhood is quiet in the night. Our host Joana was super helpful and nice! I would definitely stay there again.

Dobry apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji

Pros: Wygodny apartament na dwóch poziomach budynku przy uliczce w starej dzielnicy Funchal. Dobra lokalizacja w stosunku do centrum turystycznego, komunikacji i sklepów. W pobliżu kilka lokalnych barów i kawiarni. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, bardzo czyste – dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, na dolnym poziomie (zejście po wygodnych schodach) kuchnia, toaleta i wyjście na niewielkie, umeblowane i oświetlone patio. Joana przekazała nam wszelkie niezbędne informacje – w tym instrukcje obsługi do wszelkich domowych urządzeń AGD – i zorganizowała transport na lotnisko.

Relação qualidade/preço excelente

Pros: O apartamento e a disposição era fantastica, assim como a localização. Estava equipado com tudo que é necessário para a nossa estadia. Anfitriã atenta e disponível para tudo que fosse necessário. O espaço esterior decorado com luzes de natal foi surpreendente.

Cons: O fato de não ter estacionamento próprio ou locias de eatacionamento gratuito perto. O isolamento acustico relativamente ao outro apartamento é pouco, sobretudo quando há entrada e saída dos apartamentos (nas áreas comuns)
