A calm luxurious oasis in the foothills of Funchal
Pros: This is such a beautiful villa nestling in the hills of Funchal in a residential area yet very close to the Centre. Walking in, you find the calm oasis of the garden, the carp pond and the the staggering 360 views of Funchal! The host Mathias and his staff are super welcoming and from the moment you arrive, you are made to feel at home and comfortable. We were offered breakfast and a glass of prosecco even though it was late, and our suitcases were whisked to our apartment which was located just a few steps away from the main residence. The apartment itself is spacious, bright airy and finished to very high specifications. The beds are super comfortable and the whole apartment is fully equipped for your every need including plenty of coffee pods!
Cons: Absolutely nothing! It was perfect!

Most amazing stay- the best accommodation on the island without a doubt!
Pros: More beautiful in real life, from the fruit bowls, to the free pastries and soft drinks, to the amazing facilities, great value for money, the hosts were particularly fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they accommodated an early breakfast on our departure day, arranged an excellent chauffeur for our last day and all round provided exceptional service!
Cons: Nothing.

Oasis close to town center
Pros: Beautiful oasis in the city. The lush gardens, koi pond, beautiful terraces, lovely pool and steam room made for a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. Hosts were fabulous, helpful and made you feel at home. Fantastic breakfast available in the morning and a great location about 10 minutes from town center.

Exceptional little piece of paradise. Amazing break
Pros: The place was like a little piece of paradise. The service was exceptional and Suzanne made us feel like we were film stars. Cannot recommend this place more highly. The pictures do not do it justice as it is very very beautiful.

Eine perfekte Zeit
Pros: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Das leckere Frühstück, das wir genießen durften, war immer sehr frisch und vielfältig. Jeden Tag warteten morgens die unterschiedlichsten Überraschungen auf uns und wir konnten gut gestärkt in unsere täglichen Unternehmungen starten. Die Qualität des Essens ist hier erstklassig. Unsere Wohnung mit ihren schicken Details war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und eine echte Wohlfühloase. In den wunderschönen Gärten und an den Pools konnten wir herrlich entspannen. Vielen Dank an die herzlichen Gastgeber und all die fleißigen Mitarbeiter für die tolle Zeit.

Heerlijk!
Pros: Ons appartement was supermooi en supercompleet ingericht met eigen bijvoorbeeld eigen Nescafé apparaat (incl. cups) en melkopschuimer. Prachtige badkamer(s). Dit alles gelegen in een oase van rust midden in Funchal met een prachtige tuin en 2 zwembaden. Het complex bestaat uit een aantal appartementen en een aantal suites. De Zwitserse eigenaar Matthias heeft in ci 3-4 jaar alles compleet verbouwd en zeer smaakvol ingericht en is samen met zijn mensen zeer klantgericht. Ontbijt is inbegrepen en zeer luxe (ei wordt bijv naar keuze klaargemaakt). Al met al niet super goedkoop maar een zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Oase van rust, puur genieten
Pros: Oase van rust, super lieve mensen, de mooie tuinen, het mooie appartement, het heerlijke uitgebreide ontbijt. Alles is met liefde en zorg ingericht en wordt met zorg onderhouden. Hoogwaardige kwaliteit. Alles was geweldig!

Authentisches & ursprüngliches modern verknüpft
Pros: Sehr schöne und authentisch angelegte Anlage, weitläufig, tolle und gepflegte Pflanzenvielfalt im Außenbereich, sehr schönes, sauberes und perfekt ausgestattetes Panorama-Apartment mit Fernsicht. Personal freundlich, Matthias als Gastgeber herausragend. Was er koordiniert und organisiert, hat Hand & Fuß, gleichzeitig erreichbar und immer ein offenes Ohr und lockerer Spruch, stets um seine Gäste bemüht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls fantastisch und abwechslungsreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ca 10 min zu Fuß in die Stadt Wer eine bemerkenswerte Unterkunft mit tollem Gastgeber sucht, wo sich Gäste nicht gegenseitig beengt auf den Füßen stehen, sollte hier buchen. Ganz klare Empfehlung! Danke Matthias und Deinem Team für die schöne Urlaubswoche !
