Living Funchal V

Fantastic base to explore Funchal.

Pros: Very well appointed and comfortable apartment, superb breakfast box delivered. Very helpful and responsive owner.

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment in Funchal, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect—close to local attractions, the ocean and great restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a cozy, home-like feel. It was equipped with everything you might need for even a longer stay. Especially the availability of a washer and dryer was very much appreciated after a sudden heavy rain. The hosts Rita and Luis were very kind and attentive, available all the time. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madeira!

Pretty good

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located. It has stable Wi-Fi, underground parking, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and always available to help.

Cons: Nose

Pros: Well equipped, comfortable, quiet location, lots of wardrobe space and hangers. Private parking. Great communication wiyh the owners, mid stay clean was a bonus.

Cons: An ice box in the fridge would be helpful we like ice in our wine! A manual/guide for equipment and parking/waste disposal etc would be helpful. Not a big issue but a suggested improvement.

Pros: The flat was modern and very well equipped with everything you can need. Having a washing machine was handy. It was also very quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Special thanks to the lovely cleaning ladies we met during check-in and to Artur, the driver.

Pros: the apartment it self is really nice and clean, i also really like the fact that even thou its an apartment you have the option of including breakfast and it gets delivered at your door.

Cons: the logistics with the parking key is a mess, there´s nowhere to stop/leave the car while you go into the building and apartment where the parking key is. And you also need to leave the key inside the ap. when you leave so taking the car out of the parking, and then leaving it with four blinkers while you go up to leave the key hoping not to get a fine.

Pros: Top Ausstattung, gute Lage und angenehm Groß. Parkplatz inklusive.

Cons: Rien

Highly recommend

Pros: The hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. The accommodation has tons of storage space and same as the photos. It has all the appliances you require during the stay. Despite being in central location the property was surprisingly quiet.

Cons: It was a bit of a struggle finding our accommodation from the car park as there are different elevators. Luckily the man working at the car park was able to assist. I think more clear instructions would be helpful. Other than that no complaints and would recommend this accommodation!
