Excellent apartment in a great location with a helpful host.

Pros: We liked the location and the modern, light, airy, clean and spacious apartment. The apartment had everything to cater for our 7 day stay. We liked the private and safe parking spaces available to us. Our host was very hospitable and helpful with queries we had about various things. Our host provided us with a bubbly, chocolate, local delicacies and fruits on arrival which we fully appreciated and enjoyed. He also met us after we arrived to ensure we settle in fine and then showed us how to access the shopping centre via a short cut and how to enter and exit the parking area by driving us in his car. Definitely would recommend this apartment for any party who wants to visit Madeira.

Cons: Not a didn’t like but something that would enhance the stay. Although our host provided us with information via WhatsApp about transfers, car hire, places to visit, places to eat etc., the apartment could benefit by having a booklet with the aforementioned information together with things like emergency numbers, operational information on the electrical and technical items (TV, music speakers, cooking and washing appliances etc).

Amazing Luxury

Pros: Everything. The apartment was stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. The host was also amazing. Very communicative and helpful. He had loads of advice on activities and recommendations on restaurants etc.... The beds were really comfortable, everyone had a wonderful sleep. The bathrooms were spotless and the water pressure in the shower was fab. The sitting room and kitchen were luxurious. The couch and armchair were super comfy and the TV was out of this world. We had a movie night one of the nights we stayed and it was almost like being in a Cinema. There is lots more great things I could say, but I'll just finish up by saying we all had an amazing stay. The Apartment was fabulous and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Funchal. We would definitely stay here again if/when we go back to Madeira

Pros: The host was friendly kind very helpful at times. The location is excellent giving access to all of the city. The accommodation was bigger, brighter and more stylish than expected. I highly recommend this host, apartment and location. Basically it's more bang for your buck.

Exceptional and Comfortable Flat with Excellent Amenities and Host

Pros: Everything was very clean and tidy, and the apartment smelled good. The kitchen utensils and appliances were quite new and of good quality. The bathroom shower and hot water worked properly. The apartment had natural light all day, with direct sunlight mostly during the afternoon. The living room was very spacious and comfortable. The property thoughtfully provided slippers for guests who might have forgotten theirs, which was the case for me. This was a great attention to detail. Car parking in the building was provided at no extra cost. The host was amazing and attentive, always ready to help if something was needed. They had also prepared some regional delights. Overall, I found the stay to be a five-star experience, and it would definitely be my first choice when returning.

Cons: The only less positive aspect was the noise from cars coming from the street. While the flat was quite high, which helped mitigate the noise, it wasn't completely inaudible. However, in my opinion, it was quite tolerable and balanced out by the overall excellent experience of the flat.

Pros: The apartament is great. Very clean and spacious. The host friendly and really helpful. The location in the centre very convenient. Close to shops, bus stops and attractions.

Amazing with an incredible host.

Pros: The apartments location was central, easy to access the place was modern, spacious with all amenities working to standard. Our host who managed the property was incredible and very hospitable. He was informative, sharing links to nearby spots and places of interest to visit within the island. He was very helpful and arranged transfer for us from the airport. He was an excellent host!

Cons: Everything was perfect.
