Perfect place to stay in Funchal

Pros: Location is excellent! Clean and tidy & Hosts communication was quick and helpful

Perfect for a week stay

Pros: Clean, warm, quiet and sunny (facing south) apartment in a new building, with all what you'll need for a week stay: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi; near big supermarkets, restaurants, old town and transportation hub but far enough from all the noises they make. There are also two big garage parking across the street. Nice bonus - you can see ocean from all windows.

Cons: There were some renovations happening in buildings next door that was waking me up at 9 am as walls are thin. But to be fair thin walls are a standard in south Europe, as well as renovations are happening all over the city. The apartment was quiet during night time as neighbors and neighborhood are quiet.

Excellent would definitely return
