Living Caboqueira

Very comfortable stay, great views and in super location. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location near to the centre but not noisy. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and had lovely views. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Very comfortable. Owners were friendly, responsive and communicative.

Cons: Only criticism is that there is no door on the bedroom and light and noise (e.g. TV) from the lounge filters through.

Pros: Good location and spacious. Easy check in process. Clean with new equipment

Cons: For longer stay like a week towels should be refreshed on a regular basis . ( not one set for 7 nights) could add some milk and coffee for welcome and maybe a bottle of wine on arrival. Shower had allot of water spilling on the floor

Pros: Fantastic!! Felt like home except on tropical island 🏝.;) Fantastic hosts Joanna, Fantastic accommodation. Very peaceful yet next door to Funchal centre. Loved my choice ♥️. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves quiet and independent holidays. PS. 10 mins walking distance from the centre of Funchal, Madeira . Really had very good and relaxing time in that spot 👌 😌 😎

Perfect!

Pros: Great location, very close to the water front and shops. I had not issues on being collected for any tours I had booked as well. It was super easy for me to get into the property especially with a delay leaving the airport. Spacious and very quiet neighbourhood. Perfect stay!

Central, spacious, and welcoming – highly recommended

Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is centrally located, spacious, bright, and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward – very kind and helpful people. A big advantage is the possibility to rent a parking space in a garage for €10 per day. We also greatly appreciated the excellent restaurant recommendations provided by the host. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend this apartment.

Cons: The only minor downsides were that there was no body wash, shower gel, or soap available in the apartment, and the bathroom tends to get wet quickly while showering.

Fun in Funchal

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Living Caboqueira. Joana was so helpful and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed, leaving some tasty bananas for us, and giving us fresh towels after our trip to Porto Moniz pools. The apartment is very well situated, only a two minute walk to a large supermarket, and 5 minutes from the centre of Funchal. It is a very spacious space with an excellent shower and a large bed. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or make lunches to take on the beautiful hikes! We had a wonderful time.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: The property was in an amazing location not far from the shops and beach front in you like a little walk quiet location due to a one way road outside amazing views value for money is definitely there more then happy with the price it was a steal

A great base for living in the centre of Funchal with all amenities nearby.

Pros: It is a spacious modern apartment with a lovely large balcony with a good view. The location is great and a short walk to shops, including a large supermarket in Plaza Madeira, and down into the centre of Funchal and the sea promenade. If you walk up the road in the other direction and down again you come to a row of good restaurants. It was great to have use of a washing machine. The owner was friendly, she gave us a good recommendation for a local tour company which we ended up using twice. She even brought us some of the local sweet bananas from her own garden. If we return to Madeira, we would stay here again.

Pros: Lovely apartment very modern, all needs catered for, situated close to town.
