5-star-hotel level of luxury

Pros: I think we were this property's first ever guests. If not, then it really felt that way as everything was literally brand new. We were particularly impressed by the attention to details the hosts were showcasing: nicely folded towels, bathroom slippers, all toiletries imaginable, the kitchen was fully stacked with spices, cereal, pasta, coffee... I've never seen a short rental property so well prepared and accommodating! Very impressed!

Pros: Very helpful and responsive host, and the check-in/check-out process was extremely smooth. The apartment was fully equipped, clean, and very cosy. The location is also excellent — just a short distance from the airport. Overall, a great stay and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

Well-equipped great apartment near the airport

Pros: The apartment was close to the airport. There was a public parking lot in front of the building. It was small, but very well equipped. It had everything one could think of, ever more than what you would get from a five-star hotel. The host waited for us at the apartment almost midnight and even offered to pick us up for free from the airport. We would highly recommend the apartment to those who would like to explore the eastern part of the island.

Cons: As the apartment was close to the airport, there was some noise when aircrafts were passing by, which was not a big issue for us.

Absolutely outstanding accommodation that exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Luxurious accommodation, everything perfectly clean and fragrant. Lots of welcome gifts, nice details that you rarely find anywhere else—picnic blankets, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, excellent beds, lighting, a wonderful terrace—simply an accommodation paradise.

Pros: Stunning gem of an apartment, we had stayed previously, and then it was fabulous, but now little extra furniture noted on terrace, making it possible to have meals outdoors, the place is immaculate with every detail carefully considered. Blankets for the beach, single use sunscreen sachets, full bathroom accessories, wipes, shower gels, shower caps …, kitchen full assembly of tea , coffee, water and wine, snacks all for use at no extra cost and finally airport transfer included! Not to mention great location ❤️. Nicole the property manager is amazing, honestly I can’t recommend this place more highly.

Pros: Very nice apartment, equipped with everything and super modern. We had the feeling of being at home and we found everything we could need. Convenient location too. Host super nice.

The perfect stay!

Pros: We landed in Madeira late at night and the hosts (Maurice and a colleague), very kindly, offered to pick us up from the airport and drive us to the wonderful apartment located in Agua de Pena. I must say that we travel a lot in the world and we have never encountered such a high level of guest service. The hosts were available to us for everything and answered every question with great professionalism. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything (nothing was spared from us) and perfectly decorated. You feel like they put a lot of thought into every detail, with all sorts of surprising kits in the shower room, from tubes of sunscreen and decorative blankets for a picnic or the beach, to the kitchen that was equipped with everything (not just dishes but also food products). There is no doubt that the experience and service are the strengths of the apartment, and i hope we can return to stay soon.

If I were to go to Madeira again, even for a longer stay, I would consider this place.

Pros: I was completely surprised by the quality and rich equipment of the facility - a bathroom with all the utensils, a kitchen full of spices, tea, coffee, even cocoa, all the dishes, cutlery, cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker... In addition, despite the short stay, the owners were so nice that after leaving the premises they dropped us off at the airport, and since we were the whole family and with luggage, they came in two cars (!). At five in the morning (!!). I highly recommend it.
