Great location and affordable

Pros: Great location, only 10 minutes from the airport. Easy self check in at 2am !

Pros: Very nice to be this cheap! Perfect after you arrive late to the airport. Just 5 min taxi drive. Clean and tidy, easy instructions.

Bed and shower before taking the plane in Santa Cruz.

Pros: The availability of Eleonor who came earlier to allow us to drop our luggage and kindly arranged our taxi transfer early the following morning. The kettle/tea in the room. The location in the beautiful village of Santa Cruz very conveniently located next to the airport (airplanes noise was really not a problem even without soundproofed windows).

Cons: The Pallet house concept is low key. The renovation was done using minimalist materials which we liked very much. However, the infrastructure is showing its age and looks a bit dilapidated in some parts (shower room with evident signs of humidity for example, tablets above the sink not horizontal). A bit of renovation and new paint would make it great. In the room the beds are passable but the pillows are really uncomfortable. In summary for a short stay it was ok for us.

Pros: The hotel is excellent if you arrive on a late flight. The room was very nice and the bathrooms were clean and had lots of toiletries. The seafront is very close by.

Cons: There was quite a lot of noise from the square so we found it hard to get to sleep.

Pros: Great value for money. Very convenient location. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very convenient for anyone going or coming from the airport. Entry to the accommodation was easy thanks to clear communication from the host. The room was simple, but clean and spacious. The accommodation was well equipped (toiletries and tea/coffee in room!). A recommended stay.

A great stay close to the airport

Pros: It was super clean, and it looked really nice. It's within walkable distance from the airport, it's close to the beach and basically right in the heart of Santa Cruz. We loved it there, and if we were ever to come back, we'd definitely choose this accommodation even for longer periods of stay in the east of the island.

Cons: It's a bit noisy as it's basically right in the main square. + The lights from the square were still getting into the room even with the blinds down.

Great value for money.

Pros: The location so close to the airport and the fact that you can check in at any time during the day, make this place a great spot for when you arriving late at night, or have to take off early in the morning. Communication with the host was great. The town itself is pretty cute for a night.

Good location near the beach

Pros: Good location in the city center of a small town near to the airport, and 2 minutes walk from a beach with a nice view ! The room is large and the bed is confortable. The bathroom is also very nice.

Cons: Maybe it is a bit overpriced because the bedroom is very modest. I guess you pay for the location.
