An amazing place with an ocean view

Pros: Our stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. Fábio was always in touch and sent us a detailed guide on how to get there and check in, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with many thoughtful details that made our experience even better. The kitchen has absolutely everything needed to cook a variety of meals, there’s a washing machine, a dryer, two bathrooms, and most importantly, it’s an incredibly comfortable place to sleep – the peaceful atmosphere and cozy bed ensure a great night’s rest.. The view of the ocean from the window is stunning, and in the afternoon, you can relax and sunbathe on the terrace. Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find small shops with everything you might need. We will definitely be coming back because this place is simply perfect for a stay!

Cons: Parking was difficult at first, but it takes time to get used to it.

Pros: The apartment was super clean and nice. The view of the ocean from the windows and terraces was beautiful. Kitchen was perfect, we cooked a lot and we had any equipment we needed for that :) This place seemed like a dream. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone :)

Cons: Entering the parking lot is demanding but you can get used to it :) Sometimes the gate remote didn't work well

Pros: This acomodation is perched on a cliff with great views, quiet location very close to the main highway so a good base for trips around island. Everything is newly renovated, only wish we had the pool like the neighbours :)

Cons: This is not a complaint to the accom per say as this is pretty much allover Madeira, but getting into the private parking is rather diffilcut with anything but a very small vehicle

Pros: -l’appartement en lui même -la vue incroyable -l’équipement à disposition -l’emplacement

Cons: C’est vrai qu’il y a une odeur d’humidité assez désagréable et le parking est affreux !!!!!

Ottima localita e bellissimi tramonti, casa molto funzionale.

Pros: La cucina suoer fornita, sia per preparare pranzi o cena ma anche dei semplici panini visto che spesso eravamo a fare lunghe passeggiate. La casa si trova su una scogliera sopra la spiaggia ed è in una posizione davvero favorevole a 5min dai ristoranti. Comodo il parcheggio privato con sbarra che sicuramente è fondamentale a madeira per evitare di parcheggiare in strada.

Cons: La casa era un po umida i primi giorni e un bagno presentava della muffa penso sia il problema di tutte le case vecchie di madeira. Abbiamo avuto 3 giorni di sole pieno quindi ci è bastato aprire le finestre per mezza giornata per eliminare l'odore di chiuso, ma potrebbe essere un po sgradevole in giornate piovose.

Pros: Traumhafte Lage - grandiose Aussicht. Bestens ausgestattet! Unkomplizierter Kontakt... wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Cons: Einzig die Anfahrt (sehr steil) war für unsere Verhältnisse immer mit Herzklopfen verbunden. Hat aber immer gepasst, man gewöhnt sich daran :-).

Wonderful place to stay in Calheta

Pros: Spacious prett and well equipped apartment, had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the terrace.
