Pros: The villa's location is ideal—set slightly outside the city, offering peaceful surroundings while still being close to Funchal. The jacuzzi on the terrace is a dream, and the views are breathtaking. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom.

Cons: The parking spots are quite far from the house, requiring a strenuous uphill walk. Sometimes, you even have to park farther away. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the house is very poor, barely reaching the balcony, which makes a comfortable workcation nearly impossible. There was no more toilet paper or trash bags provided. In the kitchen, near the washing machine, there was a strong odor, likely coming from the drain. Some lamps were missing light bulbs, and overall, the decor lacked a bit of warmth and liveliness.

Pros: - beautiful view - nature around - banana trees - jacuzzi

Cons: - without air conditioning, it was either necessary to have the windows open at night but mosquitoes were biting, or the windows were closed but it was very hot inside - mosquitoes biting on the terrace every morning at breakfast and in the evening at dinner - for about 4 days out of 6, there was a sewer-like smell on the terrace in the morning

Fabulous views from the hot tub!

Pros: One word sums it up... WOW, wish we were still there! Amazing views from the hot tub. This is a comfortable, spacious and well-kitted out villa, also great communication with host.

Cons: The only slight downside is it's a tad tricky to gain access, with the steps and steep roads. It's well worth it though, as the best places are hard to reach!

Small paradise if you can walk the walk.

Pros: The house is super comfortable, the view is beyond beautiful and the feeling inside the house is great for quiet leisure time. The green around the area (full of banana trees) gives it an exquisite touch. I fully refreshed my forces during the week I spent here: Madeira does that to you, and the house gives an extra help.

Cons: As plenty of previous comments attest, the real downside of the house is: access is really hard. Even more than I expected after reading those previous comments. Be aware: this place is not for you if you have any difficulty to walk steep (really steep!) long distances. Guests with small children, or elderly people, or even overweight people, will have real difficulties, possibly critical ones. People without great confidence to drive within super-steep small roads should also be aware. Even for good drivers: I highly recommend to use this house only if you have got full insurance in your rental car, there are high chances someone will hit you (for example when parked) , if you do not hit someone or something as well.

Pros: La struttura è bellissima e ha una vista mozzafiato, è dotata di tutti i comfort

Cons: La posizione. La struttura è situata in un punto non raggiungibile con la macchina, con una salita troppo ripida che ha reso il soggiorno a tratti troppo faticoso.

Pros: Sehr sauber und groß, unglaublich schöne Aussicht, tolle Ausstattung

Cons: Die Lage ist etwas unvorteilhaft, da man einen wirklich anstrengenden Berg hochlaufen muss.

Vila încapătoare cu view extraordinar

Pros: Vila este deosebit de frumoasa, practic o casa încapătoare care ar putea primi lejer 8 oameni (3 dormitoare, 3 bai, living, bucatarie, sufragerie si doua terase) . Totul a fost extrem de curat si asternuturile perfecte. Am primit fructe de bun venit.

Cons: Distanta de la locul de parcare la cazarea propriu zisa e mare si dificil de parcurs. E rampă / panta chiar pana la usa de întrare si nu una usoara. Celor cu probleme de locomotie sau persoanelor in varsta care se deplasează mai greu, nu recomand. Cei cu picioare bune se descurca usor.

Pros: Eine absolut traumhafte Aussicht. Der Whirlpool lädt zum verweilen in der Unterkunft ein. wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons: Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist sehr steil und hin und wieder roch es nach Abfluss. Dies liegt vermutlich an der Lage. Ist aber nicht durchgehend. Hat dem Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt
