Perfect Apartment

Pros: We had Apt. # 1 and were very happy about it. It had everything one needs for an extended stay of almost two weeks.

Cons: The terrasse has already the construction for natrual shade, but nothing has been planted yet. Would have been wunderful to sit underneath some wine 😉

Good value for money

Pros: The facilities, the solarium, the pool and the barbecue area were amazing

Cons: The apartment has a problem with ants. There were plenty of them not allowing you to leave any dishes at the sink for a late wash or any forgotten food at the desk. This was uncomfortable as I spent good few minutes every day removing ants from surfaces and sink before cooking

Great accommodation in a lovely village near Funchal

Pros: Quiet, spacious, stunning view. Very well maintained house divided in 3 flats. Bed very comfortable. Very good Internet connection. Convenient store right at the corner and an amazing local bar with the best puncha on the island.

Cons: We stayed over 2 weeks, I would have appreciated 1 cleaning per week... although all cleaning material is available in the flat.

Pros: The staff was very nice. The house was clean. Silent neighborhood. There was a bar nearby with poncha to drink at night, and a small caffe and market. The house has everything to cook and stay well. I loved the fluffy cats that were wondering the house.

Great stay in Funchal

Pros: We landed quite early and had a dolphin watching activity booked already in the afternoon. The host was super nice to handed the keys around lunch time so we could go for the activity without our bags. The property is not in the center but we had a super nice view and I believe it is always nice to try local buses and see the area around not just the center/sightseeing parts. I can only recommend!

Cons: I wouldn't say I did not like but I think the owner should put some sign of the entrance of the property as it was a bit difficult to find it

Pros: The appartement itself is worth a ten. Terasse with great view Nice equipment

Cons: The communication with the host was inexistant. He never replied to my text and after calling him, I had to wait 30min to get the keys. After what he asked me to wait one hour because he didn’t clean the appartement yet (it was 4pm so long after the due check in).

Buena opción

Pros: El alojamiento está bien situado, limpio y es cómodo. La ubicación ofrece unas vistas muy bonitas de la ciudad de la costa y en pocos minutos puedes estar en el centro de Funchal.

Pafait

Pros: La vue est magnifique l'appartement est grand et bien agencé. Il est situé dans un secteur très calme on peut tranquillement profiter de la piscine. Il y a même une machine a laver et les serviettes de piscine sont fournies. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue perpendiculaire. Miguel est très avenant merci beaucoup

Cons: Rien à dire tout était parfait

Apartamento perfecto

Pros: El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado a 10 min del centro. Las vistas son preciosas. La piscina la compartes con otros dos apartamentos. La cama muy cómoda y las instalaciones de casa perfectas. Hay un bar cerca con gente majísima que tiene comida típica y los ponches de la isla. En general muy recomendable.

Pros: nous sommes ravies de notre semaine à casa dos avos. le logement était très complet. four, micro-ondes, toaster, machine à café, sèche cheveux, vaisselle etc.... les hôtes ont laissé des capsules pour faire notre linge et quelques sucreries. il faisait très chaud et j'ai dû demander un ventilateur qui m'a été livré dans la journée. miguel est disponible. la piscine est à partager avec les autres habitants et est un peu froide mais c'est un détail. le logement est très proche du centre de funchal et de la marina (15min en voiture). il y a un centre commercial à 5min en voiture. proche de l'aeroport. vue imprenable sur les montagnes. c'est un logement assez stratégique. il y a des places dans la rue pour se garer devant.

Cons: je recommanderais de laisser un liquide vaisselle de secours et quelques produits ménagers.
