Comfortable house with fantastic views.
Pros: Spacious comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location with amazing 360 degree views from the roof terrace. Monica was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Good selection of restaurants in the town.
Cons: Apartment is 1.5 km out of town with a 150m steep walk home after dinner so requires a bit of effort.

Pros: plenty of space in the house for 2-6 people. fully equipped kitchen. house also has a small garage for something like Dacia Sandero. great view from the rooftop
Cons: shower drain is clogged and should be resolved maybe change the shower entirely since it's kinda old and feels a bit dirty. not a minus but neutral: location is OK has good view but there not much going on in that area.

Pros: Traumhafter Blick auf Meer und Berge. Liegt nicht in einer Touristenzone, sondern in einer Gegend mit normalem Leben inkl. Kneipe gegenüber. Das Haus geht über 3 Etagen, im EG sind Küche/Essen und Garage, im 1 OG sind Schlafräume und Wohnzimmer und im 2.OG befindet sich die Dachterasse. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht.
Cons: Die Treppen sind steiler als zB in Deutschand. Wir haben deshalb darauf verzichtet unser Frühstück auf die Dachterasse hoch zu bringen.

Pros: Nádherná třípatrová vilka s garáží, plně vybavenou velkou kuchyní a vlastní terasou s výhledem na oceán a úžasnou malou vesničku Porto da Cruz. Fakt kouzelné místo.
Cons: Občas trochu byla trochu zima, ale tři elektrické přímotopy to rychle napravily.

Pros: Wunderschöne Lage mit traumhaftem Blick von der Dachterasse
Cons: Für uns kein Problem - liegt aber etwas abseits von Porto da Cruz. Ohne Auto ist es anstrengend in die Stadt zu kommen.

Pros: Krásné ubytování, ideální pro dva páry nebo čtyřčlennou rodinu. Neskutečný výhled na celé údolí, terasa, kde jsme snídali i večeřeli, velmi milý pan majitel, co nám doporučil místní Fiestu, která probíhala dole ve vesnici. Byl to zážitek 😊 Kousek od ubytování bylo několik místních \
Cons: Opravdu není moc co vytýkat, jen dvě malé nedokonalosti. První je, že odpad v koupelně ne úplně nevoněl a odtékal velmi pomalu, ale dalo se to. Druhá věc je, že by bylo super mít k dispozici v kuchyni i základní věci pro vaření - olej, sůl, pepř apod., aby člověk nemusel kupovat celá velká balení na pár dnů pobytu. Také nepočítejte s tím, že dolů do vesnice dojdete pesky, pokud nejste trénování sportovci 😀 To jsou ale pouze drobnosti, určitě bychom se na místo rádi vrátili 😊

I’d love to come back and stay longer
Pros: The best thing is the terrace and incredible views you see from there. The area around is really quiet and serene. The amount of space you get is also a pleasant surprise. It stood out to me that this apartment had everything you need to make it comfortable for living. The kitchen was so well equipped and really practical for cooking. I appreciated that the apartment had things like hair dryer, iron, plenty of spare towels, a washing machine with several portions of detergent. The apartment comes with a garage, which was also a big plus considering how stressful street parking on such narrow and hilly roads can be. I also really appreciated how responsive and nice the owner was. He gave us several recommendations and replied whenever we had questions.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
