Pros: It was a nice stay, we enjoy it. The apartment was well equipped, we had everything that we needed. Cute cats. Good communication.

Cons: The bed could be more comfortable.

It was even better as we expected for an amazing price.

Pros: Weird start of the review - the WiFi was the best we’ve had on our trip. :D First when we’ve met with the owner she showed us around and gave us everything we needed. The room felt spacious and the kitchen was put together and bright despite having only one window. There was a little kitten always greeting us on our way home which made our stay unique :) the location is great for a few amazing spots in the north which we liked.

Cons: The room was not Very sound proof as we’ve heard some noise of the neighbors but we’ve been able to deal with it well.

Very good stay in Santana

Pros: A nice accommodation in Santana. Very friendly host, she even allowed us to come very early for our check in. A nice spacious room with a sharable washing machine and dryer. Very quiet place for a good sleeping experience, we couldn't wake up in the morning because the sleep was so good. Close to many restaurants and the great bakery Delicias da Bia.

Cons: The kitchen could have definitely be more equipped, we were not cooking and the kitchen was definitely lacking in dishes. The location is a bit tricky not that it's far away but it requires more time for you to get to places since you are not connected with highway in Santana.

Lovely house, beautifully furnished. Great terrace overlooking gardens

Pros: Spacious, spotlessly clean, house with a lovely terrace overlooking gardens

Cons: There s a problem with the water pipes so during our stay we had to tolerate a lot of noise, esp bad when the shared washing machine in basement below was in use. Owner apologised sincerely and gave us some compensation but we d rather have had a peaceful stay. Shame as house is lovely.

Perfect location to explore Madeira and enjoy the quietness

Pros: Fantastic location, quiet, spacious room and ample place to park the car. Close to Santana and a large Continente supermarket. Perfect spot to discover the rest of the island. Close to several hiking trails.

Cons: Nothing dries in the apartment so towels had to be dried daily. The washing machine and dryer is shared. Other guests rudely stopped the drying process leaving us with wet clothes. This is of no fault of Casa Nunes but you can’t choose your neighbours. On other occasions they were bothering our privacy by knocking on our door. Apart from toilet paper there are no amenities. so although you can cook, there are no basics like oil, salt, pepper etc and you’ll have to buy it.

Agréable maison, spacieuse et propre.

Pros: Maison spacieuse, agréable, superbe vue sur un jardin magnifique🌸🌿🌱🌴🌳. J’avais lu des avis sur l’humidité 🤷🏻‍♀️, le Nord est plus humide mais ayant fait la semaine d’avant une location vers porto Moniz très très humide, franchement casa Nunes ne l’était pas, le chauffage des Clim réversibles fonctionne bien, le petit plus avec un insert 🔥 pour le côté cooconing. Bien situé proche de nombreuses randonnées, pas trop loin du centre de Santana sans toute fois être dans la foule touristique… on est ravi de notre séjour au calme dans cette belle maison entretenue.

Cons: Juste un petit bémol pour la literie ( matelas à ressort ) et lit en 140, vue la belle taille des chambres des lits plus grands et des meilleurs matelas serait appréciable.

Al estamento y naturaleza

Pros: Zona tranquila y en pleno contacto con la naturaleza, el apártemento está súper bien

Cons: Nada que decir

Super zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen

Pros: Die Ruhe. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wird von sehr netten Menschen betrieben. Konnte einen late Checkout machen.

Cons: Dadurch, dass die Wohnung im Untergeschoss ist, ist sie nicht so hell. Im Sommer bestimmt angenehmer, weil es dann nicht so heiss in der Wohnung wird.

Ein Ort zum Runterkommen

Pros: Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und liegt mitten im Grünen. Ein guter Ort, um runterzukommen.

Cons: Die Unterkunft war gut, allerdings ist sie für eine Person allein ohne Auto nicht ganz optimal. Es ist möglich, aber bis zum Zentrum von Santana sind es doch 30 Mins zu Fuß bergauf/bergab
