Pros: Friendly owners, quiet, parking, washing machine, cooking facilities.

Cons: Ran out of hot water a couple of times.

Pros: Bonne situation pas trop loin des sites touristiques, calme. Restaurants et shopping pas trop loin.

Cons: Il ne faisait pas très chaud quand nous rentriions après notre journée.Le chauffage ne marchait pas avant 19h et le matin non plus pas de chauffage.Ma femme était gelée.Il y a un ventilateur pour quand il fait trop chaud, peut-être qu'il faudrait prévoir un petit chauffage électrique ou investir dans une pompe à chaleur ??

Über den Dächern von Santana

Pros: Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern, die selbst in der Unterkunft wohnen. Alles relativ klein, für zwei Personen ausreichend. Wie sehr oft auf Madeira an einer steilen Straße gelegen, es gibt aber einen eigenen Parkplatz am Haus. Nahe einiger sehr beliebten Ausflugsziele, wir waren problemlos vor neun auf den jeweiligen parkplätzen, die dann schnell überfüllt bzw gesperrt sind.

Cons: Die Unterkunft liegt eher abseits in dörflicher Atmosphäre mit wenig Möglichkeiten ohne Auto abends etwas zu unternehmen. Aber daß hat uns nicht gestört

Pros: La gentillesse et l'attention portés par le propriétaire et l'endroit très tranquille. Le balcon avec vue sur la campagne et montagnes au loin était super.

Cons: L'endroit était très humide (présence d'insectes d'humidité) malgré les 2 déshumidificateurs dans la maison, peut-être dû à la période de l'année, il y avait pluie occasionnelle.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Ruhige Lage mitten unter den Einheimischen. Ideal für Wanderungen, kurze Anfahrtswege in die Berge. Kleine aber feine Wohnung, es war alles vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

una settimana fantastica a madeira

Pros: l’appartamento é piccolo ma attrezzato di tutto il necessario. molto accogliente e la lavatrice è un plus super apprezzato. il parcheggio privato é comodissimo siccome sulla strada non c’è posto. lo staff é stato molto cordiale e disponibile nei nostri confronti. la gattina di nome bella é un amore, dolcissima e molto socievole.

Cons: l’unico punto a sfavore é la presenza di molta umidità (probabilmente data dalla zona in cui è posizionata la casa) soprattutto al mattino e alla sera, c’é un deumidificatore in bagno ma forse sarebbe necessario anche in camera da letto, per il resto è stato tutto perfetto.
