Highly recommended!

Pros: This place feels more like a cozy guesthouse than a hostel. There are only three rooms — one single, and two shared with just one other guest — so it’s quiet and comfortable. The whole house is spotless, with a super well-equipped kitchen and a very clean bathroom. Everything feels organized and welcoming. Cozy living room to relax, great wifi! Thorsten, the owner, is a great host — very kind and easy to talk to. He personally greets you at check-in and also runs a surf shop in the village of Raposeira. A lovely stay overall — clean, comfortable, and definitely recommended!

Pros: You'll find a super nice host, welcoming and ready to advise on hikes or tips in the area. The little house offers comfy bedrooms in a calm location in the village, and the host makes sure basic coffee and food supplies are available for guests to buy.

Pros: Nice place with a lot of space. The host is very kind, he give us some advices about restaurant and hike. I appreciate the food available for purchase directly in the accommodation. I didn't use this option, I pre-purchased just in case but there were vegan options too.

Excellent stay with great host at Algarve Surf House

Pros: Had an excellent stay at Algarve Surf House - great location for getting to various beaches for surfing. Thorsten was a brilliant host, friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable re local area and board hire - needed a change to our room which he helped with immediately. Great value. Will be back, strongly recommend!
