loved it but maybe a little on expensive side?

Pros: staff very friendly and welcoming. facilities were great, liked that it had wet and dry saunas. pool lovely hot tub was nice tho not especially clean. double bed was comfy, bath robes and slippers supplied - liked this as much easier when using pool etc. restaurant for breakfast buffet was wonderful, the best during our time on the island. we did'nt use it for other meals as was expensive. view was good and thankful to see a drying rack on balcony. appreciated bottle of drink in room on arrival. bathroom lovely and clean with lovely supplied toiletries. location was great for access to sea front areas. close to several eateries. easy to get to by car.

Cons: parking was a bit of a nightmare but we did find a space by going around again. noise of neighbours was disruptful, particularly listening to them when trying to get to sleep - so not very insulated. sofa bed was a little on hard side and rather narrow, even without the bolster cushion. air con was a bit on the noisy side so we turned it off.

Pros: Beautiful location with great view. Rooms super clean, friendly and helpfull staff.

Cons: Only thing to be improved is breakfast- little variety, every day is the same. Swiming pool to be renewed but overall place is very clean and well maintained.

Really enjoyed our stay

Pros: Got a glass of wine on check-in, and then a free bottle of some blue drink on ice delivered to the room - so nice touches. Porto Moniz feels a bit like the end of the world (in a good way for a night) so a quality and colourful hotel is great. Good view from the room and also from the stand alone bath. Staff very friendly and breakfast buffet good if not huge.

Cons: Evening meal menu very limited so ate out, but would have done anyway so didn't bother us. Indoor pool not huge and quite busy. Outdoor pool not heated so un-usable end on November. None of these actually bothered us, and it's a very good hotel.

Best place for a good level of comfort.

Pros: Spa facilities v nice after a dip in the natural pools. Very good breakfast. Restaurant has very nice atmosphere/ aspect.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nicely done spot. Appreciate the chef helping my with an allergen free meals. Nice crib for the baby.

Cons: Only issue was not realizing there are 3 of the same bran hotel in the small town, and this is not the one above the natural pools. It is however right beside the other public natural pools.

Super location, comfortable hotel with absolutely fabulous staff

Pros: Great selection at breakfast (self service), lots of choice and decent quality food. Didn’t have any other food apart from breakfast. Staff are brilliant and welcoming….. nothing was too much trouble. Room and bed very comfortable. Nice balcony and tea/coffee/mini bar etc in the room. Good toiletries.

It was an amazing holiday, and this place — with its wonderful staff and perfect location — truly made it unforgettable.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The location was great, the staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, everything was clean, the room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was large. The beds were changed and made every day. Everything was of a very high standard, so I liked everything.

Pros: We had a really nice stay in the hotel and I would come back with pleasure.
