Exceeded our expectations - 4 of us, 2 from UK 2 from Canada

Pros: This was basic but immaculate clean with a lovely balcony. Great shower and breakfast exceeded expectations for the price. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond, letting us (for no exfee) check in early and out whatever time we wished. Great bar and restaurant next door so cheap nice wine 1.5 euros a glass. Had a lovely meal served by the wonderful Ricardo. Great stay, we will definitely be back.

Cons: Noting - if picky 1.4 miles out of town, however beautiful walking on the lovely beach.

Perfect for unwinding.

Pros: The breakfast (excellent seeded bread) was adequate, but something hot would have been good too. Also, perhaps some covers to keep the one solitary fly off the cheese and ham.

Cons: I had to ring a number for someone to come to reception, when the listing info states that it should be open to 23:00. However, the staff that came to the hotel in five minutes was very accommodating and kindly.

Pros: First of all, this was the cheapest hotel/apartment for miles around in Porto Santo, so don't expect to stay at the Plaza Hotel. The price/performance ratio was very good, and the staff was very friendly and even let us stay longer the last day because the room was available the following day. We slept well and had enough space in the room. Everything was good🙏🏻

Staff above and beyond, Hotel general conditions are OK.

Pros: The staff was tremendously friendly, helped solve some issues, and were always present with a smile. They took care of adding my brother to my reservation and helped give us a place inside to store our rental bicycles.

Cons: Overall the hotel facilities and rooms are OK. They need an update in terms of the mattress they are a bit too springy.

Pros: Beach is very close. The place is very clean. Breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly.

Cons: Unfortunately the bed and the pillow were very very uncomfortable.

Pros: The room was comfortable, the bed also, and of course it was nice that there was a balcony. The wifi was good. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Had a nice stay overall!

Cons: The location was Ok. Breakfast was the same every day and the coffee was not good. But generally one cannot expect everything to be perfect for this price... So I definitely recommend it, excellent value for money!

Pros: Rute and Svetlana from Reception were very kind to us. Room was very clean and spacious. Location is very good. Shower pressure and temperature were very good.

Cons: Lack of options for breakfast: mostly just bread, cheese, and ham. Air conditioning unit kept showing an F0 error and didn't cool properly.

Lovely hotel with great staff and comfy beds

Pros: Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, rooms were clean and spacious equipped with air conditioning. Location was great!

Pros: Good location close to pretty nice beach. Quiet and peaceful part of the city Pleasant and friendly staff, everyone has been very helpful Very nice sea view room

Cons: Due to limited transport options, it is far from harbor. There was no fridge in the room, so even the water was hot. The beds creaked, so the movement woke everyone in the room.
