Pros: The hotel is in a lovely setting on Poto Santo's fantastic beach. We came for a few days in January and had beautiful weather for beach walking whether to the end of the island 8n one direction or to the town in the otger. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Cons: We couldn't fault for a lovely and quite winter break.

Pros: Very tasty food, authentic local cuiseine , fresh fish every day , beautiful location just next to the beach , indoor pool with jacuzzi

Beautiful hotel by an absolutely stunning beach. All inclusive is a must due to location.

Pros: Great hotel by a stunning beach. Rooms are perfect and the food (we had all inclusive) was delicious. Drinks at the pool bar are superb. Helpful and professional staff. The beach, the room and the breakfast are the highlights of this hotel… in that order! So I recommend it. This hotel has all the potential to be the best hotel in Porto Santo. However it is not quite there yet, it needs some improve in management and staff training (receptionists).

Cons: A bit far from town to walk but taxis are cheap. A bit more attention to be paid to food as we could spot some flies around certain foods. Some entertainment for children would have been appreciated. There is a billiard table, but a table tennis or more games for kids to make friends especially when bad weather would have been appreciated. The indoor pool is not properly heated and there is no control over children there shouting and jumping alone. Is a nuisance but also an accident waiting to happen I am afraid. The massage service is not properly advertised and not even the receptionist knows where it is. Also seemed expensive 100 euros for a massage in no spa facilities. If you don’t go all inclusive you are kind of stuck there as there is nothing around the hotel.

Pros: Very good quality in good price. Very comfortable room and tasty food.

Quite big but quiet seafront hotel, perfect for those who want a calm getaway

Pros: Very Spacious room with both a bathtub and a shower, balcony was also huge with a comfy sofa and a sitting area. The staff was professional and service-minded, especially our favourite bartender João. We've spent long evenings just sitting at the Navigante bar having a conversation with him. Very attentive and helpful, a true professional! The drinks were excellent, way better than what they usually are at all-inclusive hotels. Also thanks to the reception staff, we got to check-in earlier and spent the time waiting for our room to be ready at the hotel premises enjoying the all-inclusive benefits. Upon the checkout, we also got to keep our room for two extra hours while we were waiting for our pick-up. The hotel itself is under renovation so I imagine it will be even bigger and fresher when it's done.

Cons: The food buffet was extremely great for the first two days of our stay but then declined in quality and quantity, I suspect because of the holiday season and also not too many guests at the hotel. The coffee in the coffee machines at the dining area was not that good but instead was perfectly made by bartenders in the bars.

Pros: Everything was very good around the hotel. The staff and the yoga instructor Julia were very nice

Cons: The cleaning staff threw away my things. Eg: Not finished mini cosmetics samples. I prepared a special tea to myself I left on the table and they remove it. They remove my fruits I left on the table. ( Banana and an apple I bought the day before)

Pros: It was an excellent experience. I'm grateful for the attention of Pedro at reception and Guillermo for showing me around the facilities. I truly went to relax on my birthday. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, then drank a piña colada to enjoy a wonderful day at the beach. After dinner, I enjoyed the bathtub and slept soundly, thanking them for the bottle of sparkling wine in my room for my birthday. The next day, I enjoyed a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, and then the pool and jacuzzi, finishing with a visit to the golden sand beach. Thank you to all the staff for the service. Would definitely go back, was very relaxing, and the beach was perfect.

Pros: Food was simple but tasty, breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly (If a bit understaffed). The cocktail barman was very professional. Beach is beautiful.

Cons: Some areas of the property need updating/maintenance. The rooms are amazing, but for example the sun loungers are cracked and broken.

Very relaxing and great rooms!

Pros: We loved our stay at The Navigator! We loved the food, location, facilities and the room. There was lots of choice of food and liked that we had drinks and snacks available all day. The beach was amazing.

Cons: The pool and jacuzzi weren't heated and that was a shame, if they had been we would have rated it 10/10. There was vegetarian options at each meal, however there could have been more variety of vegetarian options.

Pros: A very kind welcome (Sergio, thank you) and the place is just great.
