Lovely tranquil cosy setting nestled into the mountains.

Pros: Such a cute little escape! The decor was lovely, lots of thought has gone into the interiors. Smells lovely and just overall comfortable and relaxing experience.

Cons: The only thing to make it better would be a washing machine if you’re wanting a longer stay - but very minor

Beautiful and peaceful stay with all facilities you'd need

Pros: The place was amazing. It felt authentic but luxurious at the same time, with the two floors, the fireplace, the smart tv and the best bed we've ever slept on. The host was super friendly and did everything to make us feel home, including some great wine. If we're ever back on Madeira, we would definitely book again. The viewpoints in the area, kindly recommended by the host, were amazing.

Cons: Nothing. However, be aware that some restaurants in the area close quite early and there is no big supermarket nearby.

Very quiet, secluded relaxing place to base yourself while you explore.

Pros: We had a really lovely week staying here, the owner was really friendly and attentive, pointing us to some good local stops. The coffee place nearby is amazing. The property is in a very quiet location looking direct out over the sea, the sunlight shines directly into the rooms in the evening, which is amazing, I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like that. Definitely recommend and would love to come back for another relaxing week.

Cons: It was really cosy, very clean and some supplies left for us to use, and drink. The bed, I found really comfortable.

Must stay at the west-coast of Madeira!

Pros: Our stay was amazing! Our hostess Maria is so kind and lovely, we immediately felt at home. We even got a welcome basket with local products for the first days, which was very nice. Everything at the house is for use and it was all good. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is also perfectly equipped and they even offer shampoo etc. All luxury is provided with an amazing service. If we needed something or had a question we could always ask and get a fast response. Plus the views from the balcony and terrace are wonderful. We will definitely go back here if we come back to Madeira!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave.

Wonderful and relaxing experience

Pros: The house was cosy and clean. The view from the house and terrace was amazing! The sun sets right in front of the house and you can watch the sunset from your bedroom window tucked in your bed. The hoastess was very helpful and nice. Good quality restaurants were 2 min walking distance from the house, and a very nice cafe also close by.

Cons: Bigger supermarkets are quite far away, about 25 min by car, even though you can find smaller ones closer by. It's also quite far to the closest beach, but it can be reached by car in about 20-30min.

Pros: The location and the interior and the terrace are all exceptional and exclusive. I would rate it 11 of 10!

Cons: There was a selection of welcome drink but all red wine. I would preferred white myself!

Warm Welcome, Great Spot, Unforgettable View

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was great — close to the ocean. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing view — it was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!
