Pros: plenty of space, very nice (well maintained) garden and pool, for the price we paid it was really great if you don't mind a few ants and an occasional cockroach especially if food is left outside... the villa is also tired and in need of an update, you need to be aware of that... ... but if you have no problems with some random furniture and \

Cons: It is sad to see that such a gorgeous place is not cared for adequately, with a very little extra love for the place this could be a luxurious villa it for sure once was. Jacuzzi cover was smelly and we needed to decode how to use it... took us some time. No directions or manual provided. dirty windows. and some more instructions on general house facilities would be useful.
