Lovely

Pros: The house was clean, very spacious and had everything we need for our family comfort. We had access to a private and spacious car park, the kitchen was well suited to enable self catering and we had access to laundry facilities. We felt really at home and added to the wonderful experience we’ve had at Madeira. I will definitely chose to stay in the villa in the future.

Cons: We didn’t get the chance to meet the host; only communicated via WhatsApp. The only minus is that at times queries weren’t responded to on time. I think it would be better if somebody is available to meet guests even just one time; putting a human face to your service will help build your customer relationship.

Pros: Very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace and spectacular view, comfortable beds, great communication with the hosts, really only positive things to say about our stay. We definitely recommend it!

Pros: Great location in a well-sunny spot with beautiful ocean and city views. House is spacious, bright and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. An excellent base for exploring Madeira. We will certainly return here.

Cons: Minor things... but insignificant

Pros: Fantastic place with perfect view over the city, ocean and montains, 10 minutes from Funchal by Bolt or taxi, bus station 1 minute walk. We loved the bedrooms and terrace with sun beds, it helped a lot it had a garage as we rented a car. Also it had 2 bathrooms with showers and extra 2 just with toilettes wich was perfect for our group of 6 people. Good amount of hot water and instant, I was very impressed how fast it was once turned on.

Cons: The beds and pillows are not of best quality, we only got one big towel per person for 6 nights, would have been good at least second smaller towel for all of us, we only had 2 of them. The windows although amazingly big and with breathtaking views were a bit dirty. The place has all the necessities of a kitchen but it would have been good to have a capsules expresso machine, it seems it only caters to english/american guests with the filter machine. All been said and done the location, the space, the terrace and ammenities are great and these are more suggestions for improvements for when we return rather than negatives.

Madeira is a beautiful island. We had a great time even though the weather was not good.

Pros: Spacious house with a beautiful view. Well equipped and comfortable. Private garage. Good contact with host.

Cons: Several pieces of equipment require minor renovation.

Pros: Beautiful location, great facilities and high standard of the property

A lovely stay in a spacious, bright house.

Pros: The property has a wonderful ocean view, you can see the sunset from the living room and see sunset from the garden. It is a great choice for a family or group as the property is very spacious. The property is nicely furnished, the kitchen has most things that are needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms have great ocean views as well, the whole house feels private and well-thought out. It was a nice touch to provide dish washer tablets and washing machine powder. The garden is easy to access, it also has enough seating and also a bbq.

Cons: The parking is in the basement garage, it is a steep drive to the street and if a car parks close to the gate, it is almost impossible to drive out without scratching the car. There aren't shops or restaurants nearby, car is a must. The hot water runs out quickly and the power of the shower is weak. Upon arrival nobody meets you but it'd be nice to be showed around as we had hard time opening to main door, the automatic blinds are not straight forward to handle. During our stay the oven had an issue which we reported and got confirmation that somebody will stop by to fix it but during the 8 days stay, nobody showed up to repair it.

Pros: Vue magnifique, quartier calme. Belle résidence avec tout le confort attendu. Supermarché à moins de 2 km avec excellente boulangerie. Proche de la voie rapide. Excellente réactivité de la société de location pour les petits soucis rencontrés.

Cons: Difficile de prendre une douche chaude le matin.

Pros: Pozitív, hogy tartozik egy hatalmas garázs az épülethez.

Cons: Negatívum ugyanakkor, hogy annyira meredek a garázs lejárata, hogy rendkívül nehéz ki és beállni.
