Amazing property.
Pros: We just back from holiday and our stay in Villa Ravenala was amazing. Definitely 10 star 🌟 for this property. Very clean, big and bright bedrooms, had all facilities you wish for , amazing view , pool and garden area breathtaking 😍. I recommend request heated pool as weather in February keep changing all the time . Located close to Funchal centre, about 5 min drive also has bus stop right the corner if you don't want to hire a car. Only positive emotions left from staying in the villa Ravenala. Thank you very much. Definitely back next year and would recommend to everyone.

Pros: A beautiful house in a beautiful garden with a beautiful view on the ocean.
Cons: A bit cold due to the lack of decoration. Having said that a beautiful and large house.

Pros: Good location, every bedroom has its own bath and a toilet, the house is spacious and light. There is absolutely everything, what a family may need during the stay

Very nice villa with great pool and sea view but needs some small maintenance works
Pros: Good location close to Funchal, but still in quiet area (be careful as currently there is a construction going on in the neighborhood so it can be slightly disturbing on weekdays), nice design and functionality of the house, swimming pool and sun beds
Cons: The house is already a tad “tired“, needs a bit of renovations works - small things but bit spoiling the overall experience, like lose toilet paper hangers, fungus on silicone joints in bathrooms, loose tiles next to swimming pool. The AC unit in master bedroom was malfunctioning (dripping water) so we could not use it throughout our 9 days stay as no technician was available to come and fix it. The big sun umbrella had broken cord so we could not use it for first few days until a technician came to repair it. The light in the playroom was broken and needed replacement. All these things should have been spotted and recovered before our arrival, and not only after us spotting them and informing the agency. Bit of a disappointment given the price.

A lovely modern villa in a quiet secure location
Pros: Super clean Quiet and secure location Modern feel Excellent size Air con Games room Pool Beautiful views Responsive staff when we needed more towels etc
Cons: Furniture on all balconies would be great Curtain in main bedroom were ripped Bed in main bedroom was really hard and uncomfortable Leaking air con in main bedroom

Pros: Perfect localization - in Funchal, so it was easy to get everywhere on the island, but very quiet and with beautiful view. Close to many good restaurants. Markets are also nearby. Great pool! Good contact with the presonel - we had some problems with electricity but they helped us very quick.
Cons: There was low water pressure in the bathroom linked to master bedroom - thankfully there are 4 bathrooms:) The kitchen equipment is not sufficient in my opinion.

A wonderful family holiday in a luxurious villa.
Pros: The villa was great, just a little disappointed that there were no bars or restaurants nearby.
Cons: A few things missing from the kitchen, and the coffee machine wasn’t working. Although we reported it, nobody came to replace it.

Geweldig verblijf met alle faciliteiten die je kunt wensen.
Pros: Mooie keuken met geweldige apparatuur. Grote slaapkamers met allemaal een balkon en een eigen badkamer Grote tuin MET zwembad (die we niet verwarmd hadden, maar dat was prima) Prima locatie voor uitstapjes
Cons: Iets meer aandacht voor wat achterstallig onderhoud (zwembad tegeltjes, kussens voor de buitenstoelen)

Komfortowa willa na rodzinny wypoczynek
Pros: Komfortowy dom dla dużej rodziny lub grupy przyjaciół. Wspaniały widok, dyskrecja, cisza. W sezonie zimowym warto dokupić podgrzewanie basenu, kąpaliśmy się dzięki temu codziennie nawet przy 17 stopniach na zewnątrz.
Cons: Widać, że willa ma już kilka dobrych lat, w basenie odpadają płytki, niektóre meble mogłyby być już wymienione. Inwazja mrówek w kuchni i salonie, środek który mieliśmy w kuchni skończył się bardzo szybko bo codziennie pryskaliśmy kilka razy.
