Great
Pros: Everything :) Susana is very nice and helpful and just has a very nice aura. The apartment is very modern and slick, which is what I like. Simple, cute, clean, quiet. The view is gorgeous. All of the items that I needed were in the apartment. It’s obviously not a 5* resort, but exactly what I was looking for.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.

Pros: The house had all the amenities listed in the description, and the kitchen was equipped with basic dishes, cutlery, and pots, making it easy to prepare our own meals. What we loved most was the view from the terrace – stunning, relaxing, and perfect for a morning coffee or an evening unwind. The location was great too – a peaceful area and an excellent base for exploring the island. The host was very helpful and friendly, and everything went smoothly.
Cons: The only minor downside was a camera placed on the roof of the neighboring building, which sits lower on the hillside. The camera seemed to be pointed roughly toward our terrace windows, although it’s hard to tell what exactly was within its view. It wasn’t a big issue for us since we spent most of the days exploring the island, but it might make some guests feel a bit uncomfortable or watched.

Pros: Great, new and modern, well equipped apartament with sea view. Close to Funchal and to highway, great starting point for day trips. Any spot on the island can be reached in less then 45-60 mins.
Cons: If I have to find sth then only 1 thing...The sun is shining directly into the windows most of the day. In Living room it would be good to have some blinds as it is not possible to watch tv and is getting very hot, unless AC is on.

Great for a short or medium term stay close to access roads.
Pros: We had a great stay here, the host is friendly and communicated well with us, offering an early check-in. Other good things: - location close to highway exit/entrance to easily reach all locations on the island - very clean and well-equipped flat (laundry machine, oven, microwave etc) - essentials provided (coffee, tea, detergent, ...) - bed was comfortable and the clothing drawer huge - nice view from the balcony
Cons: The only thing to consider is the humidity, obviously being close to the sea this is not a surprise and we weren't bothered too much.

Pros: Очень приятная хозяйка Сусана, встретила нас и все рассказала, показала, и самое приятное, с подарком:-) Быстро выходит на связь! Хорошее расположение, в 5-ти минутах(на машине) большой торговый центр, главное шоссе рядом, хорошая звукоизоляция, прекрасный вид на океан и горы, чисто, достаточно уютно, для двоих человек отличное место. Есть терраса. В спальне большая кровать и огромный гардероб. Кухня с гостиной вместе. Есть всё самое необходимое(холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, капсульная кофе-машина, тостер, бутербродница,стиральная машинка), посуды достаточно для двоих. Большой телевизор со смарт-тв и диванчик.
Cons: Сильный запах плесени, плохая вентиляция, особенно во время дождя. В спальне в углу следы плесени. В шкафу на кухне тоже неприятный запах. Нет посудомойки, но это не большая проблема. Сушилка для белья не под крышей, это неудобно из-за дождя.

Pros: Все отлично, приятный менеджер Сюзанна, которая встретила и все показала. Вид из окна, что утром, что вечером - гедонизм. Полноценная кухня со всем необходимым, чистота - все ок.
Cons: Далековато парковка, приходится пару минут идти в гору)) Это если придираться. И кринжовая штука - камера на соседнем хозяйском доме направлена прямо на окна в пол, где вы спите\\едите\\..)) Надеюсь, ему понравилось)
