Brilliant location friendly people.

Pros: Outside space in an urban setting and welcome Madeira wine and biscuits. The host Edgar was most friendly and attentive nothing too much trouble. Brilliant location

Pros: Location, accommodation, facilities and staff. It was simply perfect. Outdoor spaces! Perfect to cook a Christmas barbecue!

Cons: We loved everything. Just ran out of toilet tissue. Lol. 🤣

Pros: Absolutely perfect! The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully renovated. All appliances are modern, and the mattresses are very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Excellent soundproofing, and it has everything you need and even more. The host is welcoming, and the location in the heart of Funchal is convenient. Highly recommended - one of the best stays we’ve ever had!

Modern Property in Madeira Old Town

Pros: Wonderful modern property with all the amenities of home. Location in old town in an easily walkable area near shops and restaurants. Property host was responsive and organized transfer to airport for 3am. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect quite and comfortable Location in Central Funchal

Pros: The Apartment/Townhouse is in a Central but quite Location, has Ampel space for a Family of four. The patio and terrace is an additional bonus.

Cons: Some Maintenance needed f.e. With the Doors to the terrace. Fresh paint here and there would also be needed.

Great stay with a great attitude🙌

Pros: Perfect locatio at the city centre and very friendly Edgar who made our stay even more enjoyable!

Cons: It's obvious that the owner has never tried to sleep there. We were missing a few basic things (clothes dryer, etc). At night it was quite noisy from the street.

Cons: Points of attention for future guests (there is nothing I really didn't like) - One of the bedrooms has view on neighbor's windows so privacy is limited - Kitchen is rather poorly equipped and pans required replacement (reported to host - no reaction) - Ants in the kitchen - Leaking shower - floor in the bathroom stays wet

A fantastic apartment, wonderful stay in a great location

Pros: Stunning place. Absolutely lovely. Very well equipped and in a great location. Only slight issues - the terrace did not get much direct sun in january, because of the buildings around it. But think this is common in funchal. I struggled to get any level of useful sound from lounge tv, but fortunately had a bluetooth speaker i could connect to it. But it was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in (we use airbnb a lot) and i would very highly recommend.

Cons: Sound level very low on lounge tv, even at maximum.
