Pros: Everything, it’s the most amazing place with gorgeous views and comfortable living spaces

Pros: Host very helpful, lovely apartment with beautiful view, good facilities.

Very pleasant first stay in Madeira in a beautiful apartment

Pros: Location was superb. Next to the building we had bus stops, large supermarket, beach, lovely bars and restaurants. 10 min walk large shopping centre. Airport bus stop next to the building as well. Apartment very spacious and beautiful with a huge balcony and uninterrupted ocean views.

Cons: Apartment probably was not rented for a bit before we came so was dusty. Could do with some more plates and coat hangers. But none of it was of any importance to us. We would love to come again and stay in the same place.

Lovely apartment but lacking a bit of finishing

Pros: The property is a bit of an odd one to review. It is in a nice modern development with lovely views and fantastic amount of space for the price we paid. Facilities worked fine and although what we would consider hard, the bed was actually quite good. The wifi was excellent (we run our businesses remotely so this was crucial to us) and due to the time of year we visited, nice to have a modern TV and access to Netflix/prime etc.

Cons: The downsides were that the management seems a very odd set up - The 'property manager' contacted us 1 day before our stay asking for 50% payment in cash on arrival and 50% online. We checked with Booking.com and it turned out it was a legitimate request but we chose to pay everything online anyhow. - The property manager kindly agreed we could check in early due to our flight arrival time but as it turned out we were 1 hour earlier than even that. It was however a nightmare getting hold of the property manager to ask if we could leave our luggage then check in later. Very frustrating. - The address on Booking.com doesn't match the actual location which is odd so best to use 'Madeira Palace Residences' on Google maps. - The property overall is fine but lacks the proper set up you'd expect and compares badly to Air B'n'B hosts. It needs finishing touches such as hooks on doors, tea towels, towel rails, the washer/dryer is very poor at drying which in the summer is fine (we live in Mallorca normally so used to this) but in the winter not so good. We even had to go out and buy clothes hangars for the wardrobes. - The lack of love extends to provision of a bin with no lid in the kitchen so it quickly begins to smell and also, attracts ants. We sprayed down the kitchen 2-3 times a day but obviously due to the 'world location' nature is against us... providing a bin with a lid would help alleviate the issue as it does in Mallorca. - Communication from the host is very poor ; we could not get a response to even simple requests such as 'where do we leave the keys on check out'.

Pros: Top and well Organized , very good location near to beach’s and markets . Apartment is we ll decorated with high quality furniture . Owner is very simpatic and helpful.

Pros: Класні апартаменти, дві спальні, вітальня, великий балкон, всі зручності, кухня, є парковка Гарне розташування, є басейн, вид на океан з балкону просто супер, чути шум океану вночі , зручні ліжка в спальнях

Cons: Диван не зручний , розʼїзджається при розкладанні , утворюючи яму посередині, сантехніка деяка прокапує, був забитий сток в одній із спален, вода не уходила

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlicher Meersicht, leider etwas ungepflegt und lieblos ausgestattet.

Pros: Die Location ist absolut genial. Riesige Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Compound. Tolle Meersicht, gepflegter Park mit 3 Pools. Gute Anbindung an ÖV. Strandnähe. Fussläufig erreichbare Shops und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

Cons: Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter stark verbesserungswürdig. Wohnung ist relativ ungepflegt und war nicht sehr sauber. Küche sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Gefrierschrank unbrauchbar (voller Eis)!! Möbel und Polster auf dem Balkon schmuddelig. Sehr enges Parkhaus. Kleinwagen empfohlen.

Fantastisk udsigt, god aircondition og vi nem parkering. Dog manglede der håndklæder, dyner og køkkengrej, og nogle møbl

Pros: Udsigten var helt i top – virkelig fantastisk og uden tvivl et af højdepunkterne ved opholdet. Aircondition fungerede upåklageligt og var skønt at have i varmen. Parkeringen var også god og let tilgængelig, hvilket vi satte stor pris på.

Cons: Opholdet har overordnet været fint, men vi oplevede nogle forhold, der trækker helhedsindtrykket lidt ned: \t•\tDer var for få håndklæder til rådighed. \t•\tDyner var en mangel – vi savnede ekstra dyner, især hvis man er flere gæster. \t•\tKøkkenudstyret var en væsentlig mangel. Meget af grejet var slidt, og der manglede både skåle, kopper og pander, hvilket gjorde madlavning besværligt. \t•\tToiletbørster manglede helt, og kosten var knækket. \t•\tEn af spisebordsstolene manglede en støttefod og var ustabil. \t•\tLoungemøblerne på altanen var meget slidte og virkede skrøbelige – de trænger til udskiftning. \t•\tBelysningen i stuen var meget skarp og uhyggelig. Vi vil foreslå, at man i stedet bruger mindre lamper med varmt lys i hjørnerne for at skabe en mere behagelig stemning.

Slecht onderhouden

Pros: De locatie is super. Bushalte voor de deur, winkels en restaurant in de buurt. Rustig en stil met mooi uitzicht op zee. Ruim app met mooie meubelen. Leuk zwembad en mooie tuin.

Cons: Bij aankomst in de nacht zou iemand ons opwachten. Dit bleek niet, we stonden een half uur op straat te wachten, terwijl we er op het afgesproken tijdstip waren. Het app is mooi en ruim maar niet onderhouden. De ramen en glas van het balkon zijn vuil. Plekken op zetel en kussen. Plekkenen tekening op de muur. Kalkaanslag in de doiche, spiegel vuil, enz dit heb ik de eerste dag laten weten maar werd niet aangepakt. Voor deze prijs categorie, kan dit niet.
