fab location, very quiet great balcony.

Pros: fantastic location in the centre of town, south facing balcony, very quiet. large bed.

Cons: as in many places we have stayed in Funchal, bathroom drains tend to smell a bit bad. must keep bathroom door closed at all time. bed a bit hard for my liking, but that is also like most places in Funchal.

Pros: Perfect location, very easy to acces and super clean apartment!! The breakfast delivered was very consistent and good. There s a store next to it which is super helpful. Would definetley return for another holiday!!

Cons: We had everything sorted but it would have been easier to discuss with the owners directly when needed. On booking is not real time so it was with delay.

Amazing Staff, centrally located!

Pros: The property was well located, comfortable and very clean. We mistakenly booked a room without balcony and tried to upgrade, but there was no availability. However, both the staff and the manager were extremely helpful, nice, accommodating and offered us breakfast as an ‘apology’. They were kind and super friendly, and brought us wine and chocolates, as it was my 50th! We really enjoyed it and would come back!

Comfortable stay, great service, although a bit pricey

Pros: The property was well furnished and set up for the stay. It was very conveniently located within the old town, with easy access to public transportation (city bus, shuttle bus to/from the airport). Clear self check in and check out instructions giving flexibility and independence to the guests.

Cons: There were some issues with the washing machine and also some missing/lose tiles in the shower but personnel was promptly available to solve them. Despite the balcony and windows looked on a quiet backyard, there was a deal of noise during the night and loud music echoing in the neighbourhood.
