A relaxing and really enjoyable vacation.
Pros: We wanted a location close to the centre of the old town and this was spot on, just two short streets away from the main run. So it was quieter enough yet within easy walking of all the excellent facilities the town has too offer. The appartment was lovely and clean and had 99%of things you wanted , the shower is small but was adequate with loads of hot water. We were on the third floor but you never had to wait for the lift more than seconds, you felt totally safe in the area as it was so friendly.
Cons: Nothing.

Enjoyable
Pros: It was good. I enjoyed my stay. Very close to the city center and a great supermarket.
Cons: I only had two kitchen towels for the week, wished it had been one for each day - I cooked a lot. There is a washing machine, but I felt it was uncomfortable washing my own clothes with the kitchen towels. I had to anyway. Shower is really small. Maybe try to build in a longer one. It’s not much space for a bigger one in general, but maybe a longer one. Hit my elbows quite a lot and I am a normal sized person.

It was a perfect stay for a week Madeira.
Pros: The location was perfect! The house was very clean and te airco was very nice. The host was also very nice to us and made check in very easy.

Nice stay in the heart of Madeira
Pros: + location + the person was very kind and helpful with a lot of information (restaurant / thing to do)
Cons: - toilet very small / tiny shower not so comfortable - our flight was delayed and that’s why we arrived almost 3 hours later. They debited 40 euro just because the late check in (21 o’clock) we found it not so fair. - parking lot 15 euro each day? Very expensive, do not recommend it. There are a lot other parking spaces for 3 euro / 24h

Pros: Great location. We found everything we need in the apartment and had a really nice stay.

Amazing place right in centre of Madeira
Pros: Very nice place to stay, right in the centre of the town with everything in walking and reaching distance! Apartment very good, with absolutely everything you need, Margarida was very helpful with any your questions or problems (sounds wasn’t working on TV- was fixed in no time!)….
Cons: Just shower was little to small for average person, but, probably, it is impossible to squeeze the bigger one in that place….

Pros: i like literally everything!! It has wonderful location, you have got restaurants, groceries, cafe near. We were working and internet and other staff was pretty good. In house, there were everything to be comfortable. I definitely recommend to rent this apartment if you go to Madeira❤️

Super apartament.
Pros: Super lokalizacja w centrum Funchal. Wszedzie blisko, mnóstwo restauracji, sklepikow. Bardzo dobre miejsce, jeśli korzystasz z zroganozowanych wycieczek. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, cicho, nie słychać miejskiego hałasu, jedynie śmieciarki, ale rzadko.
Cons: Jedyny minus, to płatny parking, ale my nie wypozyczalismy auta, wiec było ok.

ottima posizione per visitare l'isola ed esser vicino al centro di funchal
Pros: Posizione strategica, ottimo per visitare funchal e vicinissimo ad un supermercato utile per prendere qualcosa al volo o per prepararsi i pasti in casa. Relativamente vicino ad un parcheggio a pagamento Santa Luiza che costa 5 euro al giorno (distante circa 800 metri) ed è aperto h24 (Nelle vicinanze non c'era nulla di più conveniente). L'appartamento è moderno e ristrutturato con cura.
Cons: Qualcosa da migliorare c'è. Arrivati di sera non c'era a disposizione nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua e del doccia schiuma per potersi lavare dopo aver viaggiato di fatto tutto il viaggio. A disposizione per la macchinetta del caffè solo 2 cialde...La lavatrice, purtroppo utilizzata in maniera errata nel tempo, puzzava e risultava con all'interno della gomma sporca probabilmente di muffa.
