Flat with Balcony at Downtown by Farmers Market

We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Brilliant location! Alexandra was always very responsive if we has questions!

Cons: Nothing.

Fantastic location with everything you need.

Pros: Perfect location for us as we love the area. The apartment has everything you need. Shower worked with good pressure and no leaking onto floor and the kitchen was immaculate.

Cons: The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I think it would make a huge difference to get a have a thick mattress topper which would give greater comfort and that probably all that’s needed.

Excellent quiet location

Pros: The position is excellent for enjoying the atmosphere of the Old Town, yet a short walk to downtown Funchal. The airport bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. We were met at the flat by Alexandra and the check-in was fast and efficient. Communication with Alexandra was excellent via WhatsApp. She is a credit to the company. She was very helpful when I couldn't manage to open the building front door and came over to change the keys. The Flat was quiet and the permanent residents very friendly. We enjoyed the residential neighbourhood. The Flat is well equipped and had everything we needed.

Cons: The pillows were uncomfortable and need replacing. Items in the shower room that were previously broken need replacing. Such as the towel rail, soap shelf in the shower and the handle on the overhead \

Pros: La situation proche du mercado dos lavradores et de la vieille ville dans un quartier calme . L'appartement lumineux avec vue sur la ville et le feu d'artifice du 31 décembre. Le lit confortable .

Bivanje v mestu in stanovanju je bilo nadvse prijetno in sproščujoče. Počutil sem se dobrodošlo.

Pros: Lokacija je blizu dogajanja, lahko dostopna, ponoči mirna, balkon v naravni senci dreves, ni potrebe po klimatski napravi. V stanovanju je vse potrebno za življenje in dovolj prostora za 3 ljudi. Okolica je varna in ne preobljudena. Bivanje je bilo lahkotno in prijetno. V to namestitev se z veseljem še vrnem.

Cons: Za izboljšanje prvega vtisa je stanovanje potrebno malenkostne obnove: na primer obnove tuš kabine, mestoma zarjavele ograje balkona, mestoma zarjavele balkonske mizice, a se po kakšnem dnevu tega navadite. V času najinega bivanja je bilo stanovanje čisto in prijetno. S popravkom naštetega bi bilo bivanje 10/10.

Cons: La porte de l'immeuble difficile à ouvrir, l'isolation (la chambre un peu bruyante)

Für Stadtliebhaber, trotz kleiner Mängel, sehr empfehlenswert

Pros: die sehr Lage mitten in der Altstadt, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen!

Cons: ab den Morgenstunden verkehrsbedingt laut, Haus sehr hellhörig, Balkon leider durch die Bäume schattig

Pros: balcony, washer, bed, noise level, close to everything - eating, shopping, browsing all within walking distance. parking - not guaranteed but was workable even if a bit tight maneuvering.

Cons: shower surface was slippery especially after rinsing from soap

Funchal old town charm!

Pros: Great access to the old town, promenade and gondola! Restaurants within short walk, everything was convenient.

Cons: It did get a bit hot and noisy at night-it’s located across from a secondary school, so kids on motorcycles screaming was not an uncommon occurrence.
