Pros: The location was perfect, right in the old town. The flat was big and comfortable, with all required amenities.

Cons: The communication with the host was far from stellar. I received several Messages to ask ne when I would be at the flat the collect the key and was made to feel at fájlt when i told my contact (Karim) that i would be there later than planned as the airport bus was late. When I arrived and called hím as agreed he told me he would take hím 10 minutes to get there but i had to wait 25 minutes. The overall attitude was not great. The flat has a real potential but is not well kept. Several walls were damaged, the paint was peeling in some places, the neon in the bedroom was missing one tube and the protective glass and the bench at the end of the bed was broken. This is really a pity.

Pros: Jedinečné ubytovanie v samom srdci centra mesta Funchal. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, čisté, útulné a presvetlené. V meste sme zažili veľa príjemných zážitkov ktoré ponúka toto jedinečné mesto a zároveň sme aj navštívili veľa príjemných miest, o ktorých sme ani nevedeli. Naša dovolenka sa konala akurát v tom období keď sa v hlavnom meste Funchal kde sme bývali konal karneval kvetín a festival rumu čo bol pre nás zážitok na celý život. Ostrov ponuka veľa fakultatívnych výletov plných poznania,l a zaujímavých miest. Počas našej dovolenky sme ochutnali veľa nových jedál a hlavne jeden úžasný nápoj ktorý sa volá ponča. Každému odporúčam navštíviť toto nádherné mesto a spoznať čaro ostrova v podobe jednostranných výletov za poznaním. Tiež odporúčam kúpiť si lístok na jednodenný výlet loďou na neďaleký ostrov Porto santo.

Cons: Všetko bolo v naprostom poriadku a nemám negatívne hodnotenia na tento typ ubytovania.

Otimo apartamento no centro do Funchal, recomendo para até 4 pessoas.

Pros: Ótima localização, apartamento espaçoso, cozinha equipada. Ar condicionado bom e casa de banho funcional.

Cons: Éramos 3 pessoas mas quando chegamos só havia toalha e roupa de cama para 2 pessoas. O host também nao avisou que seria preciso pagar por transferência bancária no momento do check in, o que foi uma surpresa; mas foram compreensíveis na resolução de ambos os problemas. Na noite de sábado o hotel em frente ao apartamento estava a dar uma festa e a musica esteve muito alta ate as 00h.

Pros: Lokalita, vrchné poschodie, klíma, veľkosť bytu. V byte bolo ticho, dalo sa tam relaxovať. Páčilo sa nám a radi by sme sa tam znovu vrátili.

Cons: Chýbal sušiak na prádlo.
