Pros: On a side street with balcony, very quiet street overnight.

Great location, clean comfortable rooms.

Pros: Fantastic location! Just what we wanted as we’d come to see the Christmas lights in Funchal. They left some complimentary chocolates, fruit and wine which was lovely! The apartment was very clean. The staff were responsive to my questions and very helpful.

Cons: It wasn’t clear that if you needed to use the sofa bed you had to request bedding for it beforehand. Not a massive issue but we had our 2 30 year+ kids with us who haven’t shared a bed in 20 years! But all worked out OK. The shower heads were not attached but showers worked well.

Apartment without balcony , but everything else you need for short visit in city

Pros: great location ( for few nights in city ) , price and very quite during night (even you are in old town)

Cons: Property was advertised with balcony , but we didn’t get one ,was disappointing, as we were only people in apartments block and didn’t get apartment with balcony ,cause 2 apartments with balcony was empty during our stay ! (There is Small communal area on top floor to share between four apartments..)

This apartment exceeded my expectations. High standard, spacious with 2 bathrooms -convenient option

Cons: If you could add more mugs in the kitchen that would be great.

Pros: The property was in an amazing location with all amenities on the door step. The apartment was spacious and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great location and good value for money for a family

Pros: Great location right beside the old cathedral. Short walk from everything. 10mins to the old town.

Cons: Parking is very limited in Funchal in general. We found great parking in the “Car Park Plaza” in the Plaza Madeira shopping centre which was a 10 min walk from the apartment

Perfect location to explore Old Town

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Great location. Communication with staff was very efficient.

Ideal for accessing the attractions in the historical centre of Funchal.

Pros: Great location. Balcony is lovely. Very well maintained and comfortable.

Cons: Mugs didn’t fit the coffee machine. A few teaspoons would be nice.

Cons: Noise from.buuling construction on the street. Rooms need a fan.

Pros: The location is nice and central. Apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back.
