Pros: All good. Nice bright apartment, great view, easy to get to the city center by bus, cafés just around the corner, parking was no problem, and the man who showed us the apartment was really nice. Would happily stay again.
Cons: The towels had a bit of a smell, but the washing machine took care of that.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with breathtaking view to the ocean and to Funchal. It's a very nice and quite place with a great terrace facing to the pool. All rooms go the pool side, so the whole aaprtment is very quiet. Equipment is fine, there is also a washing machine if you need to wash your clothes. There is a private parking space next to the building and also in the garage, which is a great plus. Communication is perfect with very quick responses from the host.

Pros: Klare Weiterempfehlung. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur Homie war super; wir konnten vier Stunden vorher, an unserem Anreise Tag, einchecken und das Treffen zur Schlüsselübergabe war auch sehr nett (inklusive kleiner Aufmerksamkeiten). Man konnte sich jederzeit an die Agentur wenden & hat immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern & die Aussicht ist wirklich schön. Die Liegen auf dem Balkon sind auch ein Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Hang, zur Stadt Funchal läuft man ca. 25-30min runter, hoch wesentlich länger, da die Wege sehr steil sind. Es gibt aber gute Busverbindungen für 2€. Kleine \
Cons: Das Badezimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können (Kalkablagerungen Wasserhahn Badewanne).

Ilus, kuid vajaks väikeseid muutusi
Pros: Ilus vaade ja avarad ruumid. Majal on ka ühiskasutatav bassein ja lamamistoolid. Kõik vajalik korteris olemas, kasutasime ka pesumasinat, puhastasin seda eelnevalt hallitusest, arvatavasti on eelnevad inimesed hoidnud lihtsalt pesumasina ust kinni. Mitmed toitlustuskohad jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
Cons: Toa kätte saamisega oli algselt segadus, andsime teada, et varsti jõuame kuid ei olnud kedagi ja telefonikõnedele ei vastanud, pidime ootama. Samuti lubati tuua voodipesu kella 20, mida ei olnud kella 21.30 endiselt toodud, alles teistkordse küsimise peale toodi see. Vannitoas dušinurgas liikuva ukse alumine äär väga määrdunud, proovisin seda puhastada. Käterätikud olid küll pestud kuid plekilised. Magamistoa uks on katki, meie jaoks polnud see suur probleem, kasutasime teisi uksi, et rõdule pääseda. Rõdu toolid olid tolmused ja rõdu põrand koristamata. Ma ei näinud broneerides, et turismimaks tuleb eraldi sularahas tasuda, kõikjal kus Portugalis ööbisime oli see juba broneeringu summa sees, jätsime sularaha lahkudes lauale. Need pisikesed muutused mida saaks paremaks teha, teevad järgnevatele ööbijatele majutuse veelgi mugavamaks.

Pros: A szállás gyönyörű volt és tiszta, abszolút hű a képekhez, az apartman teljesen felszerelt, mosni főzni lehetséges. A privát parkolás és a medence is remek extra. Azonban a belváros megközelítéséhez az emelkedők miatt autó szükséges lehet.
