Pros: The central location, communication with the host, the cleanliness of the apartment.

Cons: After 9 o'clock there is noise from the renovation sites of some buildings in the area. But this is not in the host's power to improve.

Excellent!

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect; very close to restaurants, cable car and centre of Funchal. There is a view of the sea less than 100 yards ahead and you can watch ships come and go through the trees. The contact, Tiago was extremely helpful in accommodating storage of luggage outside normal check-in/out times.

Cons: There was only lukewarm water during the first couple of days of our stay but Tiago liaised with the owners and ensured that the owners arranged repairs as soon as we reported this. This is not a complaint, but it should be noted, that the bed is at floor level and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location

Pros: The location was excellent, near the old town, plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance . Cable car right there and a short walk to town centre . It was spacious and mainly quiet.

Cons: There was an incident for a few days where extensive building works were going on from 9-5 which was not relaxing. Property manager was not sympathetic to this and quite dismissive. Beware of the bed surround! It is dark wood around the mattress and the floor being dark wood, we badly banged our chins a few times. The bed is low, a bit hard for our particular comfort but that is an individual taste.

Pros: Location was perfect, in the heart of the old town with a view of the sea from the gorgeous terrace.

Pros: Appartamento perfetto,molto spazioso è molto pulito,non manca veramente nulla,persino la crema corpo.pensiero di benvenuto graditissimo.posizione perfetta, fronte oceano e funicolare,parco sotto casa e dietro l'appartamento la strada con le taverne..che essendo dietro,di sera non disturbano.oltretutto sotto ha anche un mini market.tiago una persona gentile e disponibile, si è anche offerto di prenotarmi il taxi...zona veramente azzeccata..

Pros: Super lokalizacja, przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, niczego nie brakowało.

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore della Old Town di Funchal

Pros: Ho soggiornato al Funchal Old Town Flat 1 e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Il proprietario Tiago è di una gentilezza rara: sempre disponibile, attento e pronto a dare consigli utilissimi. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nella zona vecchia di Funchal, davanti alla teleferica per Monte, a due passi da locali e ristoranti ma al tempo stesso tranquilla. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio a pagamento vicino all’appartamento. La casa è deliziosa, dotata di ogni comfort: cucina attrezzata, salotto accogliente e persino lavatrice. Se dovessi tornare a Madeira sceglierei senza esitazioni di nuovo questo appartamento e lo consiglio davvero ad occhi chiusi!

Pros: La situation géographique et la propreté La possibilité d'avoir l'appart 3h avant et de le laisser plus tardivement, cela nous a évité de garder nos valises toute la journée, notre avion étant le soir

Dejlig lejlighed midt i Funchial.

Pros: Fsntastisk beliggende og rummelig lejlighed, lige midt i byens øje, hvor der hersker en sjælden ro.

Cons: Underetagen er meget mørkt. Der mangler et spisebord med stole ovenpå, som kan bruges både ude på altanen og inde i køkkenet Vi opholdt os primært i øveretagen, da der er dejlig lyst..
