Huge flat with parking :-)

Pros: The flat was super spacious and well equipped. Parking available. Keys in box = easy checkin.

Cons: The flat was quite cold. Especially the floor

Pros: Nice spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need. There is also parking right outside which is great. The host is very nice and they have made a nice guide for exploring the area 🙂

Pros: Lovely top floor 3 bedrooms, comfortable, spacious, loved the balconies front and back with lovely views over the town, perfect location, Maria was very helpful. We loved it!

Cons: Only very vsmall downside a little musty and dated, but this is a minor thing

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment close to various major sights such as Pico Ruivo and Caldeiaro Verde trail. Comfortable beds, plus we really appreciated double blankets and sheets. Spectacular views.

Cons: We could have done with a bigger frying pan and a few more glasses. Also a machine to reduce the humidity could have been useful. Steep access may be a little tricky, especially coming late at night in the dark.

Pros: 15 minutes to the mountain trail. Perfect location to explore the island. Lots of space in the flat. The host vas very useful and nice.

Cons: Very steep road to the house, takes some courage to maneuver and park (but it's perfectly doable)

Great stay for great price

Pros: We really enjoyed the property. It had 3 different bedrooms (we were two couples). So we got to choose which bedroom we want. Really big kitchen/living room area. Apartment was really clean, located on the first floor. There’s an allocated parking space behind the building for the car (although keep in mind it’s a bit tricky to turn into the parking lot from the main road - nothing unusual for Madeira roads 😂). Apartment had all the facilities that you might need. Although some touches like spices, salt, coffee would be nice. Owner was really friendly and responded promptly to my messages.

Pros: Amazing apartment in a great location. Maria was a great host and helped us organise taxis and trips while in the area. Very spacious area and the view from the balcony was awesome.

Private tour through traditional house in Santana

Pros: The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to six people. It is centrally located and offers a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. A private parking space is available behind the house. The hostess is very friendly—she picked us up in the city because we initially couldn't find the house. She also gave us valuable tips for excursions and even organized a private tour of the traditional house of her in-laws in Santana. The traditional houses in Santana are a landmark of Madeira. These houses are not only architecturally unique but also an important cultural heritage of the island. The tour was extremely interesting and personal. Many thanks for that!

Great place to stay in Santana

Pros: extremely friendly and helpful staff, we stayed just one night but we had everything what we needed, the apartment was very spacious
