Maria and Nunu were thoughtful in their little touches wine, Madeira cake and goodies from the bakery and their garden.

Pros: The location is amazing it’s so peaceful and the night sky is stunning. We loved listening to the animals waking up in the morning.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Perfect and relaxing

Pros: Friendly and very thoughtful owners! They even let us use their garden goods such as salads, avocados, herbs, helped to start a fire for a gril. The place was spacious and comfortable, having everything you need for a nice stay!

Cons: Nothing realy. Only note - entering property name to a google maps leads to a different location, so do not trust it blindly. Owners have property name visible from the street for guidance.

A very hospitable stay

Pros: We just loved our stay here. The apartment is the large top floor of a house, above the landlords, open plan (including the bedroom), well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen, as well as the superb indoor and outdoor barbeques (wood is provided). The views were lovely towards sea and mountains, both in the distance. The apartment had a good-sized terrace, with outdoor furniture. The house is located in a rural setting, with cows in the garden, and vegetables growing all round. We walked one day to the local restaurant (Cantinho da Serra – excellent), about an hours walk, along undulating but very quiet roads. There were tiny issues, like everywhere, and we warn people to pay attention to their heads on some of the low corners, but overall it was splendid. Above all, this stay was made for us by the owners, Maria and Nuno, who were generous in their hospitality. They are an extraordinary and very warm couple, who have made this a special home from home.

Pros: Nice attic apartment with a separate entry and a terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice hosts. Maria got us fresh bread and fruits, wine.

Excellent base for hiking the levadas and Pico Reivo. Thanks Maria- we would love to return.

Pros: Warm welcome. Lovely fresh flowers from the garden and other local produce in the well-equipped kitchen. Very nice apartment with comfortable bed and powerful shower. Maria and Nuno gave good advice on local walks. They were on hand, very friendly but never intrusive. We also liked having off-road parking.

Cons: Der renovierte Boden hat noch sehr nach Holzlack gerochen, das war unangenehm In der Küche haben ein paar Dinge wie Salz und Öl, aber auch Topfuntersetzer, gefehlt

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Santana und Umgebung.

Pros: Nette Dachgeschosswohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Parkplatz vorhanden. Cristiano hat uns bei der Ankunft alles gut erklärt, inkl. Benutzung des Pelletofens. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung ruhig gelegen.

Pros: Ruhig gelegen, netter Gastgeber, gute Ausgangslage zu Santana und vielen Wanderungen. Gute Austattung schöner Blick aufs Meer.

Cons: Die Fensterläden gingen immer zu. und in der Wohnung schwaches Licht. Etwas Dunkel also

Cons: Vetsi vzdalenost od nejblisiho obchodu, ci restaurace, nutnost pouziti automobilu..... Zastaralejsi vybaveni v kuchyni, mohlo byt vice sklenicek, nožu....

Pros: Majitelé apartmánu jsou velice příjemní, ochotní a pečující lidičky...apartmán je čistý prostorný a útulný...doporučuji na 100%
