Fabulous

Pros: Had a wonderful stay in this tiny apartment in Santana. The space is small but incredibly well designed—modern, spotless, and feels brand new. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it both practical and very comfortable. The high-speed internet is excellent. The views are absolutely marvelous, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet—ideal for relaxing and recharging. What truly made the stay special was the host. Warm, gentle, and always ready to help, they made everything effortless and welcoming from start to finish. A perfect little retreat—I would love to come back.

Pros: Nice, new house, loved the style of the apartment located on the ground floor with direct acces to the inner garden. Very good heating in mid of January, it was definetely needed. Clean and cosy, but if you are unlucky with your neighbours, you will miss the soundproofing. I would come back!

Pros: Modern newly-refurbished apartment with well-designed layout. Very comfortable bed Great shower Balcony was lovely to relax on Kind staff with efficient communication Cloakroom area for coats shoes luggage etc. Peaceful location Free on-site parking

Cons: Lighting in apartment was a bit cold.

Pros: Very comfortable, quiet appartment. The bed was amazing and kitchen well equipped, we were happy to be able to cook for ourselves for a few days. Enjoyable breakfast on the balcony in the sun

Pros: Quiet area, beautiful places nearby. Easy drive from airport. Manuel met us on arrival, smooth process. Always had a parking space, Bed was big and very comfy Beautiful balcony

Cons: We found the kitchen a bit small, but everything worked well and it was well stocked.

Great appartment

Pros: The appartment was great. Quite new building. We had a very good sleep. With an option to wash the clothes outsite of the appartment. Quiet place.

A good place to relax after a day of hiking

Pros: Manuel was very kind and willing to have with any problem that might arise. It had actual heating which is a rarity in Madeira and în January is quite needed The location was very peaceful. There was enough space to be able to comfortably spend there quite a few nights, also we were able to cook for ourselves. We loved the terrace and the garden

Cons: The schedule for using the washing and dryer was 9 to 18, exactly when everyone is away hiking. I appreciate the concern for guests comfort, but maybe you should consider extending it with 1-2 hours.

Super clean, modern, friendly staff with helpful parking.

Pros: Great location in Santana. Spotlessly clean with a super modern finish. Huge very comfy bed. Perfect little room for two for a couple of nights and with great parking!

Cons: Semi rural location which had a barking dog and cockerels which treated us to a dawn chorus ….at 3am. But we laughed it off. Can’t think of any real negatives.
