Pros: Excellent communication and flexibility regarding my delayed arrival. Clear self check-in instructions were provided in advance, and check-in on arrival was handled smoothly by staff on site. The room had everything I needed and was a convenient base before heading out for trekking.

Comfortable and cost effective in good location

Pros: Good location in old town. I had a rental car (little Fiat) and was always able to find parking within a. 5 minute walk of the Hospedaria Por do Sul - most commonly along Rua Ilheus. Helpful staff and comfortable room with nice views over town and sea.
